电力线通信系统设计与开发

【摘要】:随着智能电网、智能家居的普及,将会有大量电气设备通过网络实现数据交换、信息共享和远程接入,电力线通信PLC(Power Line Communication)技术将在其中发挥重要作用。PLC利用现有电力线,通过载波方法将模拟或数字信号进行传输,不需要重新架设网络,只要有电线,就能进行数据传递。电力系统网络需要对PLC设备进行有效的管理,这也将是本文的核心任务。本文的开发环境由Miineport和IT900两个开发板及其配套软件构成。Miineport是一个串口联网模块,IT900是电力线通信模块,两者之间用串口连接,并以Miineport作为主机,可以实现基于以太网接口的电力线通信设备。本文将设计实现该功能的系统软件并给出具体的代码,这些代码编译过后的可执行文件通过以太网口 TFTP协议下载到Miineport中运行,Miineport通过串口控制IT900,进而控制电力线网络。为了解决对电力线网络设备的集中管理与维护,本文设计了适用于小型混合网络的管理系统,并给出了管理系统中使用的操作与相关指令格式。此外,在设计该系统时,还兼顾了电力行业现行传输规约,应用开发者可以在此基础上实现具体的应用功能。最后在实验室进行了组网与测试,利用实验室现有的网络设备,结合一系列测试软件验证整个电力线通信系统的功能。根据系统组网实验,本文设计的电力线通信系统软件能够运用于中低压配电网、接入网等实际网络环境。系统实现了对电力线网络中各个节点设备的管理与配置,主从设备之间可以进行简单的自治,也可以通过局域网对整个电力线网络进行管理。此外,系统也可以依据现行电力行业传输规约传输报文。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of smart grid and smart home, there will be a large number of electrical equipment to realize data exchange, information sharing and remote access through the network. Power Line Communication (PLC) technology will play an important role in it. PLC will make use of existing power lines. The analog or digital signal is transmitted by the carrier method, so it is not necessary to re-set up the network, as long as there is a wire, the data can be transmitted. Power system network needs effective management of PLC equipment, which will be the core task of this paper. The development environment of this paper is composed of two development boards, Miineport and IT900, and its supporting software. Miineport is a serial port networking module. It is a power line communication module. The interface between them is connected by serial port, and the Miineport is used as the host. Power line communication equipment based on Ethernet interface can be realized. In this paper, the system software to realize this function is designed and the specific code is given. The executable files compiled by these codes are downloaded to the Miineport via the Ethernet port TFTP protocol to run the Miineport to control IT900 through serial port, and then to control the power line network. In order to solve the problem of centralized management and maintenance of power line network equipment, this paper designs a management system suitable for small hybrid network, and gives the operation and related instruction format used in the management system. In addition, in the design of the system, the current transmission protocol of power industry is also taken into account, and the application developer can realize the specific application function on this basis. Finally, the network and test are carried out in the laboratory. The functions of the whole power line communication system are verified by using the existing network equipment and a series of test software. According to the system networking experiment, the power line communication system software designed in this paper can be applied to the medium and low voltage distribution network, access network and other practical network environment. The system realizes the management and configuration of each node equipment in the power line network. The master and slave equipment can be easily autonomous or the whole power line network can be managed through the local area network. In addition, the system can also transmit messages according to the current power industry transmission protocol.
