电能质量监测与IEC61850通信规约研究

【摘要】:电能质量监测系统是对电力系统被测点进行统一监控、综合分析的系统,其理论与实现是当今国际上的一个研究热点。电能质量监测系统建立在通信网络之上,通信网络及规约的选用对电能质量监测系统的兼容性、稳定性至关重要。IEC61850是电力系统自动化领域唯一的全球通用标准,已经得到大量使用。基于IEC61850实现电能质量监测系统是一种趋势。针对电力系统中仍然运行着大量非IEC61850规约电能质量监测装置的状况,本文研究了非IEC61850规约向IEC61850规约映射所涉及的问题。论文首先研究了IEC61850的体系结构、信息模型和数据交换模式;分析了MODBUS协议的数据帧格式、通信过程等问题;建立了二者信息和功能模型映射的一般规则。接下来,对电能质量监测系统进行需求分析,结合MODBUS和IEC61850协议,分别对电能质量监测系统进行建模,并建立了模型映射方案。第三,运用C#编程语言,编写MODBUS通信类型文件,IEC61850信息类型文件和数据库操作类型文件,并基于所编写的类型文件实现了基于TCP/IP的MODBUS协议与IEC61850规约的映射。一方面,把按MODBUS协议采集的数据依据IEC61850信息模型进行存储;另一方面,把客户机的IEC61850命令转换成MODBUS协议命令形式,完成对监测点的监视与控制。最后,结合电能质量监测系统的需求,建立MDI多界面系统,实现对电能质量监测点的指标数据显示和用户操作等功能。论文所研究的电能质量监测系统能够依据IEC61850所规定的模式读取和写入数据。提出了一种运用中间过程(本文的PC机)实现MODBUS协议与IEC61850规约的映射方案,并能够正确地完成映射。给出了IEC61850的标准接口形式,能够随着研究的深入,对软件进一步完善,使其能够实现IEC61850逻辑节点的所有属性,并根据需要引入编码、解码器,完成与IEC61850系统的融合。
[Abstract]:Power quality monitoring system is a unified monitoring and comprehensive analysis system for power system measured points. Its theory and implementation is a research hotspot in the world. Power quality monitoring system is based on communication network. The selection of communication network and protocol is the only universal standard in power system automation field, which is very important to the compatibility and stability of power quality monitoring system. It has been widely used. It is a trend to realize power quality monitoring system based on IEC 61850. In view of the fact that a large number of non-IEC61850 power quality monitoring devices are still operating in power systems, the mapping from non-IEC61850 to IEC61850 is studied in this paper. Firstly, the architecture, information model and data exchange mode of IEC61850 are studied, the data frame format and communication process of Modbus protocol are analyzed, and the general rules of mapping between them are established. Then, the power quality monitoring system is modeled with Modbus and IEC61850 protocol, and the model mapping scheme is established. Thirdly, using C # programming language, the Modbus communication type file / IEC61850 information type file and database operation type file are written, and the mapping between Modbus protocol based on TCP / IP and IEC61850 protocol is realized based on the type file. On the one hand, the data collected according to Modbus protocol is stored according to IEC61850 information model; on the other hand, the command of IEC61850 of client is converted into the form of Modbus protocol command to monitor and control the monitoring points. Finally, according to the requirement of power quality monitoring system, the MDI multi-interface system is established to realize the function of indicator data display and user operation of power quality monitoring points. The power quality monitoring system studied in this paper can read and write data according to the mode specified by IEC 61850. This paper presents a mapping scheme of Modbus protocol and IEC61850 protocol using intermediate process (PC in this paper), and can accomplish the mapping correctly. The standard interface form of IEC61850 is given. With the development of research, the software can be further improved to realize all the attributes of IEC61850 logical node, and the code and decoder are introduced according to the need to complete the integration with IEC61850 system.
