核电汽轮发电机组双弹簧支撑技术应用及弹簧释放逻辑研究

【摘要】:在阳江核电1号机1000MW级半速核电机组上,国内首次采用了一种汽轮发电机组基础和凝汽器双弹簧支撑系统。阐述了其汽轮发电机组基础和凝汽器支撑设计方案及负荷分配,介绍了基础弹簧和凝汽器弹簧的布置、结构和释放方法。凝汽器弹簧释放和基础弹簧释放贯穿汽轮发电机组的安装主线,为了保证凝汽器弹簧和基础弹簧之间准确的负荷分配,协调释放两个支撑系统非常关键。首次系统性、完整地归纳总结并提出了凝汽器弹簧和基础弹簧协调释放逻辑,明确了弹簧首次释放的先决条件以及安装调试阶段与启停机过程中重新锁固和再释放的时机,并指出了相关工艺过程的注意事项,为CPR1000、华龙一号、AP1000等同类型机组安装提供借鉴和指导,是对这种核电汽轮发电机组双弹簧支撑技术推广应用的重要技术补充。
[Abstract]:On the 1000MW half speed nuclear power unit of No. 1 nuclear power unit of Yangjiang Nuclear Power Plant, a kind of turbogenerator unit foundation and double spring support system of condenser are adopted for the first time in China. The design scheme and load distribution of the foundation and condenser support of the turbine generator set are described. The arrangement, structure and release method of the base spring and condenser spring are introduced. Condenser spring release and base spring release run through the main installation line of turbine generator set. In order to ensure accurate load distribution between condenser spring and base spring, the coordinated release of two supporting systems is very important. The coordinated release logic between condenser spring and base spring is summarized and put forward systematically for the first time, and the precondition of the first release of spring and the opportunity of re-locking and rereleasing during installation and commissioning are defined. The paper also points out the matters needing attention in the relevant technological process, which provides reference and guidance for the installation of the same type units such as CPR1000 and Hualong No. 1 AP1000, and is an important technical supplement for the popularization and application of the dual-spring support technology for this type of nuclear power turbine-generator set.
