配电网络可靠性分析与优化研究

【摘要】:保障用户可靠用电作为配电网络规划、建设和运行的核心任务,有明确的指标要求以考核配电网络供电可靠性,从而指导配电网络规划和运行。本文研究内容主要围绕配电网络可靠性问题展开,具体体现在可靠性评估算法性能的提升和以开关优化配置为手段的可靠性优化。针对现有可靠性评估算法存在的冗余分析问题,以故障发生后开关类型所关联动作特性为切入点,结合网络分区和最小路思想,构建基于开关特性的配电网可靠性等效叠加评估算法:在网络分区和区域最小路形成过程中将系统元件指标等效叠加于开关元件,得到开关等效可靠性矩阵;将开关元件作为分析对象,以开关等效可靠性矩阵和区域最小路矩阵为媒介,计算可靠性指标。IEEE RBTS Bus 2、4、6系统结果表明所提算法能避免冗余分析,有力提升了计算速度和效率。介于数学解析法对于求解复杂开关优化配置问题的局限和不足,引入含个体相关和成功父代选择的差分进化算法,以个体相关机制弥补参数设置和变异策略选择对算法性能的影响,以成功父代选择克制迭代过程中的寻优停滞。从多个方面对算法的性能进行了测试,算例结果表明算法可行且具有良好的寻优成功率和迭代收敛速度。针对开关优化配置问题中负荷增长导致的等年值法运用受限以及负荷波动问题,构建负荷及单位停电损失多态模型,以规划年限内总的开关费用和总的停电损失费用为元素,构建考虑负荷增长的多目标开关优化配置模型,在计及系统可靠性约束的同时,考虑单个负荷点对可靠性的要求即用户可靠性选择。IEEE RBTS Bus 6系统的F4馈线的开关配置结果验证了目标函数权重因子、用户可靠性选择以及负荷增长对开关优化配置结果的影响。
[Abstract]:As the core task of distribution network planning, construction and operation, it is the core task to ensure the reliable use of electricity for users. There are clear indicators to check the reliability of power supply in distribution network, thus guiding the planning and operation of distribution network. This paper mainly focuses on the reliability of distribution network, which is embodied in the performance improvement of reliability evaluation algorithm and the reliability optimization by means of switch optimal configuration. Aiming at the redundancy analysis problem existing in the existing reliability evaluation algorithms, the characteristics of the operation associated with the switch type after the fault are taken as the breakthrough point, and the network partition and the minimum path are combined with the idea of the network partition and the minimum path. The equivalent superposition evaluation algorithm of distribution network reliability based on switching characteristics is constructed. In the process of network partition and area minimum path formation, the system component index is superimposed on the switch element, and the switch equivalent reliability matrix is obtained. Taking the switch element as the analysis object and taking the switch equivalent reliability matrix and the region minimum path matrix as the media, the results of the IEEE RBTS bus 4N 6 system show that the proposed algorithm can avoid redundant analysis and improve the calculation speed and efficiency. In view of the limitation and deficiency of mathematical analytic method for solving complex switching optimization problem, a differential evolutionary algorithm with individual correlation and successful parent selection is introduced. The individual correlation mechanism is used to compensate for the influence of parameter setting and mutation strategy selection on the performance of the algorithm, and the optimization stagnation in the iterative process of successful parent selection is obtained. The performance of the algorithm is tested from several aspects. The results show that the algorithm is feasible and has a good success rate of optimization and convergence rate of iteration. In view of the problem of load growth and load fluctuation in the optimal allocation of switches, a polymorphic model of load and unit blackout loss is constructed, which takes the total switching cost and total blackout loss cost as the elements. A multi-objective switch optimal configuration model considering load growth is constructed, which takes into account the system reliability constraints at the same time. Considering the reliability requirement of a single load point, that is, the switch configuration of the F4 feeder of IEEE RBTS bus 6 system, the effect of the objective function weight factor, the user reliability selection and the load growth on the switch optimal configuration is verified.
