智能电能表校验仪的研究与设计
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of smart grid, the number of watt-hour meters installed in China is increasing rapidly and widely distributed. The way of bringing the watt-hour meters back to the laboratory can not meet the demand of production, so the on-site verification instrument of watt-hour meters has emerged. The quantity of watt-hour meter is huge and the management mechanism of on-site checking and testing of watt-hour meter is not perfect at present. Three problems have been found in the course of on-site checking of watt-hour meter: first, the problem of false check and missed check often occurs when checking the watt-hour meter on the spot; The second problem is that the staff will copy the watt-hour meter information wrong, and the third is that the data time efficiency is poor or even the data is lost. Based on the above situation, after understanding the development of Watt-hour meter field calibrator, this subject has done the following research: (1) the problem of false check and missed check is studied. The GPS positioning technology is applied to the field calibrator of the electric energy meter to realize the accurate location of the calibrated area. (2) the problem of copying the information of the electric energy meter is studied. The technology of scanning bar code is applied to the field calibrator of watt-hour meter, which can collect the information of watt-hour meter quickly and accurately. (3) the problem of data timeliness and even data loss is studied. The wireless communication technology is applied to the field calibrator of the watt-hour meter to realize the wireless communication between the on-site calibrator of the watt-hour meter and the remote server, so as to improve the timeliness and stability of the data. (4) the function of locating and verifying the watt-hour meter is studied. The system scheme of scanning bar code function and uploading data to remote server in real time completes hardware platform construction and software design. (5) A mobile phone app with scanning function and communication function is designed and developed. To sum up, this research and design of intelligent Watt-hour meter calibrator, in the field to check the Watt-hour meter, at the same time the GPS positioning system to accurately locate the calibration area, Establish wireless communication with mobile phone through WiFi module to send check result and location coordinate to mobile phone. Mobile phone scans bar code to obtain basic information of watt-hour meter, transmits basic information of watt-hour meter, check result and location information to remote server through mobile data network, generates database of status of watt-hour meter and accomplishes calibration table according to this database. It can improve the working efficiency and solve the problems of false check, missing check, meter reading error, poor data timeliness and even data loss.
