应用于交流充电桩EFT测试的高压脉冲源的研究
[Abstract]:Electric vehicle (EV) is more and more popular in recent years. It is a vehicle powered by electric energy, so as an indispensable device to provide electric energy to the battery, it plays an important role in the charging process. It is also one of the aspects of the research of charging pile to test the EMC of charging pile so that the charging pile can work stably in complex electromagnetic environment. Generally, there are three kinds of EMC test for charging pile: surge test, electrostatic discharge test, electric fast transient pulse group test, among which the electric fast transient pulse test (EFT test) is a more strict one. In this paper, a high voltage pulse source for EFT test of AC charging pile is developed. The EFT pulse signal produced by the source has the characteristics of high amplitude, steep front edge and narrow pulse, which accords with the standard of EFT test of charging pile. In order to reduce the volume and quality of the pulse source and improve the efficiency of use, the method used in this paper is to replace the traditional linear power supply with the high-voltage switching power supply. Secondly, in order to reduce the electromagnetic radiation of the pulse source, the filter is used to suppress the propagation of the interference signal, and the optocoupler isolation circuit is used to improve the electromagnetic compatibility of the pulse source. The paper is divided into the following parts: firstly, the research status of pulse power technology at home and abroad is introduced, and the EFT test model of AC charging pile is built. Secondly, the electromagnetic interference model and coupling path of charging pile are analyzed. The hardware and software design of the pulse source with hydrogen thyratron as the main switch device is analyzed, including the modeling and MATLAB simulation of the main circuit, the high voltage DC part of the pulse source generator, the design of the full-bridge drive circuit and the pulse transformer. The software design based on TMS320F2812 controller and the host computer based on VB6.0 software are designed. Finally, the design of high voltage pulse source is systematically analyzed.
