直流断路器短路条件下合分闸弹跳研究

【摘要】:断路器作为电力系统中最重要的开关电器之一,能关合、承载、开断运行回路正常电流,也能在规定时间内关合、承载及开断规定的过载电流(包括短路电流)。触头弹跳是断路器合分闸操作中不可避免的现象。合分闸弹跳会减少断路器寿命,影响断路器工作性能,降低断路器工作可靠性。对断路器在短路条件下的合分闸弹跳进行研究可以更加准确的掌握断路器的实际工作情况,对提高断路器的工作性能与可靠性具有十分重要的意义。本文利用Ansoft软件对ZDS4型断路器合闸电磁铁在额定电压的受力进行静态分析,对短路条件下动触头所受洛伦兹力及霍尔姆力进行静态分析,得到了力—位移—电流的三维曲线;然后在ADAMS中建立了ZDS4型断路器虚拟样机,联合Ansoft计算结果仿真得到空载下合分闸弹跳情况,并通过高速摄像仪试验验证了仿真计算的正确性;对多种影响合分闸的因素进行了仿真研究,得到了在改变这些参数时的弹跳变化情况。最后结合利用PSCAD模拟出的短路分断电流波形,以及仿真得到的洛伦兹力和霍尔姆力,对短路条件下的合分闸弹跳进行了研究,通过与空载下的合分闸弹跳对比得出结论:在电流峰值30k A,时间常数15ms的短路条件下的合闸弹跳与空载下的合闸弹跳区别很小,但是在分闸弹跳特性上有较大差异,相较于空载,短路条件下的分闸弹跳第一个脉宽较短,第二个弹跳脉宽较长,且短路条件下的分闸弹跳高度都要更高,因此会带来更大的电弧重燃风险;最后通过短路合分试验验证了仿真研究的正确性。
[Abstract]:As one of the most important switchgear in power system, circuit breaker can close, carry and break the normal current of operation circuit, and also can close, carry and break the prescribed overload current (including short circuit current) within the specified time. Contact bouncing is an inevitable phenomenon in closing and opening operation of circuit breaker. Closing and tripping can reduce the life of circuit breaker, affect the working performance of circuit breaker and reduce the reliability of circuit breaker. The study on the tripping of circuit breakers under the condition of short circuit can more accurately grasp the actual working conditions of the circuit breakers, and it is of great significance to improve the performance and reliability of the circuit breakers. In this paper, the static analysis of the force on rated voltage of the closing electromagnet of ZDS4 circuit breaker is carried out by using Ansoft software, and the Lorentz force and Holm force on the dynamic contact under the condition of short circuit are analyzed statically, and the three dimensional curves of force, displacement and current are obtained. Then the virtual prototype of ZDS4 circuit breaker is established in Adams, and the simulation results of Ansoft are used to get the bouncing situation of no-load closing and opening, and the correctness of the simulation calculation is verified by high-speed camera test. A variety of factors affecting the closing and opening of the gate are simulated and the bouncing changes are obtained when these parameters are changed. Finally, combined with the short circuit breaking current waveform simulated by PSCAD, and the Lorentz force and Holm force obtained by simulation, the sluice closing bouncing under short circuit condition is studied. By comparing with the closing jump under no load, it is concluded that there is little difference between the closing bounce under the condition of the current peak value of 30kA and the short-circuit condition of the time constant 15ms, but there is a great difference in the characteristics of the sluice opening bouncing. Compared with no-load, the first pulse width is shorter and the second spring pulse width is longer under short circuit condition, and the height of opening jump is higher under short circuit condition, so it will bring more risk of arc reburning. Finally, the correctness of the simulation is verified by short-circuit test.
