基于AHP法与FCE法的主动配电网现状网架综合评价体系与方法的研究

【摘要】:主动配电网确立规划建设方案以及了解方案最终预期效果的前提即是需要对配电网现状网架进行较为全面的综合评价。所以在主动配电网发展建设过程中,非常需要构建一套普遍适用的主动配电网现状网架综合评价体系,以指导主动配电网的发展规划。本论文基于主动配电网的不同利益相关者需求,构建一套较完整的主动配电网现状网架的综合评价指标体系,并对各评价指标的权重分配以及综合评价的具体方法进行分析。首先,从主动配电网的不同利益相关者考虑,采用鱼骨图分析法,构建一套基于效果指标集与特性指标集的现状网架综合评价指标体系,以反映主动配电网现状网架总体的发展建设水平和其发展中的薄弱环节;其次,在主动配电网综合评价指标体系的基础之上,提出一种基于层次分析法与模糊综合评价法的综合评价模型。接着,以层次分析法对指标进行赋权,再通过模糊评价法进行隶属度的计算,结合各指标权重值计算得出最终评价等级。最后,以江西某城市主动配电网现状网架为实际案例进行分析,验证了本论文构建的主动配电网现状网架综合评价指标体系的合理性,可以体现出主动配电网整体发展水平,有利于发现其薄弱环节,对主动配电网规划建设有一定的积极意义。
[Abstract]:The premise of the active distribution network to establish the plan and construction plan and understand the final expected effect of the scheme is that it needs a comprehensive and comprehensive evaluation of the current grid frame of the distribution network. So in the process of the development and construction of the active distribution network, it is very necessary to construct a set of universal comprehensive evaluation system for the current status of the active distribution network, in order to guide the main distribution network. Development planning of dynamic distribution network. Based on the needs of different stakeholders in the active distribution network, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the current status network of active distribution network, and analyzes the weight distribution of the evaluation indexes and the concrete methods of comprehensive evaluation. First, the different stakeholders of the active distribution network are related to the different stakeholders. Considering the fish bone map analysis method, a set of comprehensive evaluation index system based on the effect index set and characteristic index set is constructed to reflect the development and construction level of the current distribution network of active distribution network and the weak link in its development. Secondly, on the basis of the active distribution network comprehensive evaluation index system, a basis is put forward. The comprehensive evaluation model of the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used. Then, the index is empowered by the analytic hierarchy process, and then the membership degree is calculated by the fuzzy evaluation method, and the final evaluation grade is calculated with the weight value of each index. Finally, the actual case of the current distribution network of a city active distribution network in Jiangxi is analyzed and analyzed. The rationality of the comprehensive evaluation index system of the current network framework of active distribution network constructed in this paper, which can reflect the overall development level of the active distribution network, is beneficial to the discovery of its weak link and has certain positive significance to the planning and construction of the active distribution network.
