基于文本分析和社会网分析的主控室班组沟通过程研究

【摘要】:目的通过分析核电站主控室班组的沟通过程,发掘和描述不同复杂度事故情境中的班组沟通特征。方法选取两种典型的事故情境进行观察和录像,然后对班组沟通样本进行文本分析和社会网分析。结果两种情境下的沟通过程均围绕"一回路压力"和"稳压器液位"展开。在"一回路蒸汽管道破裂"情境中,班组主要关注压力状态,特征操作包括冷却一、二回路、启动JDH系统和启动备用泵等。在"一束控制棒下落"情境中,特征词节点的紧密中心性更高,班组综合关注压力、功率和流量,特征操作包括隔离给水、切除主泵和环路和降功率等。结论本研究有助于理解主控室班组沟通机制,并依据沟通特征对操纵员进行针对性训练。
[Abstract]:Aim to explore and describe the characteristics of shift communication in different complexity accident situations by analyzing the communication process of the teams in the main control room of the nuclear power plant. Methods two typical accident situations were observed and recorded, and then text analysis and social network analysis were performed on group communication samples. Results the communication process in the two situations was developed around "primary circuit pressure" and "voltage stabilizer level". In the case of "primary steam pipeline rupture", the shift group mainly pays attention to the pressure state. The characteristic operation includes cooling the primary and secondary circuits, starting the JDH system and starting the backup pump. In the case of "drop of a bundle of control rods", the feature node is more closely central. The shift group pays attention to the pressure, power and flow rate. The characteristic operation includes isolating the feed water, removing the main pump and loop and reducing the power, and so on. Conclusion this study is helpful to understand the communication mechanism and train operators according to their communication characteristics.
