银星风电场生产管理系统的设计与实现
[Abstract]:Wind energy as a kind of clean and renewable energy has been paid attention to by many countries. As far as our country is concerned, wind power industry is developing rapidly, with the increase of enterprise scale. The traditional wind farm management mode and working mode can not meet the development needs of wind power enterprises. How to reduce the production cost, optimize the operation process, and improve the utilization ratio of wind power equipment, It is an important problem that each wind power enterprise faces to improve economic benefit. The main purpose of this project is to design and develop a production management system suitable for the rapid growth of Inner Mongolia Alashan Silver Star Wind Power Co., Ltd. At the same time for other wind power enterprises to provide reference for production management. First of all, the paper analyzes the technical requirements of wind farm operation management, job management, workflow management and so on, combining with the actual demand of the production management of the company, and analyzes in detail the technical requirements of wind farm operation management, job management, workflow management, etc. This paper puts forward the technical scheme of constructing the production management system of Silver Star Wind Farm based on ASP ACCESS framework. At the same time, it uses the field investigation method and literature retrieval method to put forward the countermeasures to optimize the production and operation management mode of the enterprise. On this basis, the data flow chart and function structure diagram of the system are drawn in detail. Secondly, it is determined that the system runs in the Windows system / B / S mode, which consists of nine functional modules: user management, operation management, maintenance management, ticket card management, report management, material management, data management, efficiency monitoring, and information management. Build the software framework structure, write all the running code, the correct implementation of all functions of the design. The production management system not only realizes the storage of data, but also realizes the functions of preliminary analysis, statistics and query of data. Finally, the paper introduces that the production management system has been put into operation in Inner Mongolia Alashan Silver Star Wind Power Co., Ltd. The system integrates the standardization, standardization and information management into the daily production management process, and obtains remarkable economic and social benefits.
