基于4块排样方式的电机用圆形片下料算法

【摘要】:介绍一种基于4块排样方式的下料算法。构造4块排样方式的无约束生成算法和有约束生成算法;然后采用线性规划规划算法迭代调用无约束排样算法生成第一部分下料方案,采用顺序启发式算法顺序调用有约束排样算法生成第二部分下料方案;最后组合两部分下料方案形成最终下料方案。以参考文献中具体的生产实例进行计算分析,结果表明该下料算法比一般的下料算法更能节省板材。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces a cutting algorithm based on 4 block layout. Four unconstrained generation algorithms and constrained generation algorithms are constructed, and then the first part of the cutting scheme is generated by using linear programming algorithm to iteratively call the unconstrained layout algorithm. The second part of the cutting scheme is generated by the sequential heuristic algorithm, and the final cutting scheme is formed by combining the two parts of the blanking scheme. The results show that the algorithm can save the plate more than the common algorithm.
