配电网典型模式的动态建设方案研究

【摘要】:国网发展策划部以A+~E类供电区划分为基础,在2014年2月发布了配电网典型供电模式库,目的是用以指导配电网的统一标准化建设。伴随着城乡经济的不断发展,建设的配电网应能满足经济性和可靠性等目标最优的要求。除单独研究配电网的接线模式和供电模式的技术指标外,还需考虑模式的动态建设问题,即在特定条件下一种模式到另一种模式的过渡。本文主要是对基于配电网典型模式的动态优化建设展开比较深入的研究。本文研究的是不同供电分区下典型模式的动态建设问题,包括两个方面的内容:一、典型接线模式在不同供电分区内的动态建设情况,动态建设考虑在初期、发展期和完善期三个阶段内的发展变化,针对不同供电分区内远景模式的接线形式,通过分析各典型接线模式的特点,总结出典型接线模式在配电网建设中的发展路径,在此基础上进一步制定不同分区内接线模式实现过渡的具体路径,并给出实例。二、典型供电模式在不同供电分区间的动态建设情况,运用经济技术分析方法对发展到目标供电模式的动态建设方案进行比选,寻找最优升级路径,为配电网供电模式的发展提供理论基础。文中提出的水平规划年最小费用法相对于“最小单位负荷年费用法”成功避开了负荷密度不断变化这一复杂问题,使计算思路更清晰明确。案例分析表明最优的动态建设路线是逐步升级。
[Abstract]:Based on the division of A / E power supply area, the national power network development planning department released the distribution network typical power supply model library in February 2014, with the aim of guiding the unified standardization construction of distribution network. With the continuous development of urban and rural economy, the construction of distribution network should be able to meet the economic and reliability objectives of the optimal requirements. Besides studying the connection mode of distribution network and the technical index of power supply mode separately, the dynamic construction of the mode should be considered, that is, the transition from one mode to another mode under certain conditions. In this paper, the dynamic optimization construction based on the typical mode of distribution network is studied deeply. This paper studies the dynamic construction of typical modes in different power supply zones, which includes two aspects: first, the dynamic construction of typical connection modes in different power supply zones is considered in the initial stage. The development and change of the three stages in the development period and the perfect period, aiming at the connection form of the prospective mode in different power supply zones, by analyzing the characteristics of each typical connection mode, the development path of the typical connection mode in the distribution network construction is summarized. On the basis of this, the specific paths of different intra-partition wiring modes to realize the transition are worked out, and an example is given. Second, the dynamic construction of the typical power supply mode in different power supply sub-sectors, the use of economic and technical analysis method to develop to the target power supply mode of dynamic construction scheme to compare and select, to find the best way to upgrade. It provides a theoretical basis for the development of distribution network power supply mode. Compared with the "minimum unit load annual cost usage", the horizontal planning annual minimum cost method proposed in this paper successfully avoids the complex problem of the constant change of load density, and makes the calculation thinking clearer and clearer. The case study shows that the optimal dynamic construction route is gradual upgrading.
