嵊州供电公司配网设备状态检修管理研究

【摘要】:嵊州供电公司,多年来一直沿用定期停电预防性试验检修模式,作为监督评价设备运行状态的重要手段。然而随着经济发展,电网设备快速增长,原有的检修模式停电次数多,占用人力物力大,检修间隔时间长且针对性不强的问题越来越突出。状态检修工作能够应用许多带电检测技术,对运行设备开展不停电试验工作,在保证技术监督水平的前提下大大提高了检修的效率,节约了成本,是检修模式发展的必然方向和趋势。首先研究了各阶段设备检修模式的发展历程和特点,分析设备检修工作的应用和发展方向。综合嵊州市供电公司电网设备概况,检修模式和检修力量,从应用带电检测技术入手,改变停电检修模式并进行比较,采取通过延长甚至取代定期预试的方法降低设备停电检修周期和次数,解决定期预防性试验检修模式的弊端和问题,解决检修力量不足的困难。同时建立状态检修的组织结构、标准化流程以及保障措施体系,做好数据采集、状态评价、故障诊断、检修决策各个环节工作,以状态检测结果来指导具体的检修决策。从基于故障率模型的可靠性,基于检修收益模型的经济性,检修决策约束条件三方面入手,构建检修决策的多项依据。提出检修决策辅助系统的必要性和趋势。为公司状态检修工作的有序开展,检修决策科学有效提供了帮助。
[Abstract]:Shengzhou Power supply Company (Shengzhou Power supply Company) has been using the preventive test and repair mode of regular blackout for many years as an important means to supervise and evaluate the operation status of equipment. However, with the development of economy and the rapid growth of power grid equipment, the problems of outage in the original maintenance mode, large amount of manpower and material resources, long inspection interval and weak pertinence are becoming more and more prominent. Condition-based maintenance can use many live detection techniques to carry out non-blackout test work on operating equipment, which can greatly improve the efficiency of maintenance and save cost on the premise of ensuring the level of technical supervision. It is the inevitable direction and trend of maintenance mode development. Firstly, the development process and characteristics of each stage equipment maintenance mode are studied, and the application and development direction of equipment maintenance work are analyzed. By synthesizing the general situation of power grid equipment, maintenance mode and maintenance force of Shengzhou Power supply Company, starting with the application of live detection technology, the mode of outage maintenance is changed and compared. The method of prolonging or even replacing periodic pre-test is adopted to reduce the period and times of outage maintenance of equipment, to solve the malpractice and problem of periodic preventive test and repair mode, and to solve the difficulty of insufficient maintenance power. At the same time, the organization structure, standardized flow and safeguard system of condition-based maintenance (CBM) are established, and data collection, condition evaluation, fault diagnosis and maintenance decision are done, and the condition detection results are used to guide the specific maintenance decision. Based on the reliability of failure rate model, the economy of maintenance income model and the constraint conditions of maintenance decision, the paper constructs the basis of maintenance decision. The necessity and trend of maintenance decision support system are put forward. For the company condition maintenance work in an orderly manner, maintenance decision-making scientific and effective to provide help.
