优质电力园区电能质量治理的综合效益评估

【摘要】:本文以电压暂降和谐波为例,在分析优质电力园区中用户设备对电能质量的敏感程度以及耐受能力,并讨论了电能质量扰动的机理与特征的基础上,首先根据示范园区内用户的电能质量现状、敏感性负荷及污染性负荷类别和容量,从供电能力、负荷敏感性、电能质量等级需求等多角度出发,对定制电力装置的布点方案、功能及性能指标进行设计,提出了一种满足优质电力园区内各种用户需求的综合解决方案。其次开展了园区中SSTS、DSTATCOM、UPQC等主要电能质量治理设备的建模技术研究,建立了园区中电能质量治理方案的仿真模型,结果表明优质电力园区能够极大提高敏感用户的供电质量。基于优质电力园区电能质量治理的特点,结合数学理论推导,从节能效益、经济效益、环境效益和社会效益四个角度,运用层次分析法进行指标甄选,构建出包括4个二级指标和16个三级指标的综合效益指标体系。给出指标体系的结构和详细展示,并对各项指标的详细意义进行说明。并进一步提出了优质电力园区电能质量治理的综合效益评价方法。以综合评价理论为基础,对待评价的若干电能质量治理方案计算其综合效益相关指标,进一步由各指标经过综合评价得到各样本的评价值,通过评价值的对比可以实现各个方案综合效益的对比。综合评价流程包括指标数据规范化处理、确定指标权重、构造评估模型以及评价结果展示4个步骤。最后结合国内某优质电力园区示范应用情况的实际数据开展了电能质量治理综合效益评价的实证分析,分析结果验证了指标体系和综合评估模型的有效性和适用性。
[Abstract]:Taking voltage sag and harmonic as examples, this paper analyzes the sensitivity and tolerance of user equipment to power quality in high quality power park, and discusses the mechanism and characteristics of power quality disturbance. Firstly, according to the current situation of power quality, the types and capacity of sensitive load and polluting load in the demonstration park, from the power supply capacity, load sensitivity, power quality grade demand and so on, the layout scheme of customized power plant is put forward. The function and performance index are designed, and a comprehensive solution to meet the needs of all kinds of customers in the high quality electric power park is put forward. Secondly, the modeling technology of the main power quality control equipment, such as SSTSX DSTATCOMUPQC and so on, is studied, and the simulation model of the power quality management scheme in the park is established. The results show that the high quality power park can greatly improve the power supply quality of sensitive users. Based on the characteristics of power quality management in high quality electric power park, combined with mathematical theory deduction, this paper uses AHP to select indexes from four angles of energy saving benefit, economic benefit, environment benefit and social benefit. A comprehensive benefit index system including 4 secondary indexes and 16 third-level indexes was constructed. The structure and detailed display of the index system are given, and the detailed significance of each index is explained. Furthermore, the comprehensive benefit evaluation method of power quality control in high quality electric power park is put forward. Based on the comprehensive evaluation theory, several power quality control schemes are treated to calculate the comprehensive benefit related indexes, and the evaluation values of each sample are obtained from the comprehensive evaluation of each index. Through the comparison of evaluation value, we can realize the comparison of the comprehensive benefit of each scheme. The comprehensive evaluation process includes four steps: normalizing the index data, determining the index weight, constructing the evaluation model and displaying the evaluation results. Finally, an empirical analysis of the comprehensive benefit evaluation of power quality management is carried out based on the actual data of the demonstration and application of a high quality power park in China. The results verify the validity and applicability of the index system and the comprehensive evaluation model.
