双600MW燃煤式火电厂继电保护中主要保护的整定过程及实施方案

【摘要】:继电保护系统现在已经成为了电力系统中不可或缺的一部分,一旦在电力系统的运行过程中出现故障或异常状况,继电保护系统的重要性就会显露无疑。现阶段我国的电网和电厂的运行状态都伴随着电力工业的飞速发展而同时发生着翻天覆地的变化,那么为了保障电力系统的安全可靠运行,实现继电保护的四项基本要求,就需要继电保护专业的硬件技术和技术理论也同步提高。可以实现正确合理动作的继电保护装置可以将事故消除在萌芽阶段防止其进一步扩大,也能保护电气一次设备的安全。作为发电厂内最为重要的电气主设备,发电机的结构显得十分复杂且造价高昂,所以对于配置在发电机中的相关保护配置也一直都是最为复杂的,只有通过合理的继电保护整定计算和对保护系统的正确配置,才能提高发电机的安全运行并在出现事故时将损失降到最低。随着经济建设的发展,我国电网的单机装机容量也在飞速增大,我国现阶段存在于电力系统中的主力发电机组里600MW的燃煤机组依旧占据主导地位。因此,对于分析装机容量为600WM的燃煤式火电厂中所配置的继电保护装置,总结在其中出现的问题并给出修改建议,仍然具有普遍研究意义。本文以大唐国际王滩电厂在运的两台600MW燃煤式火力发电厂做为研究主体,通过考察其电气系统参数与配置情况,讨论所涉及到的继电保护相关内容。在论文中会先从分析我国现行的火力发电厂中所使用的继电保护系统现状入手,了解并总结出火力发电厂中继电保护专业的基本要求,尤其是关于发电机变压器组和厂用电系统中对继电保护系统的共性配置要求,然后结合王滩电厂的发变组系统和厂用电系统的时机特点,依照相关继电保护整定要求,讨论所涉及到的各项保护的定值计算方法。最后通过对王滩电厂在实际运行过程中发现的一些问题,提出合理化建议,最后基于对一些难题的思考,对继电保护技术的发展进行一定的猜测和讨论。
[Abstract]:The relay protection system has become an indispensable part of the power system. Once there are faults or abnormal conditions in the operation of the power system, the importance of the relay protection system will be revealed. At the present stage, the operation state of power grid and power plant in our country is accompanied by the rapid development of power industry and at the same time has undergone earth-shaking changes. In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power system, the four basic requirements of relay protection are realized. The hardware technology and technical theory of relay protection need to be improved simultaneously. The relay protection device, which can realize the correct and reasonable operation, can prevent the accident from expanding further in the embryonic stage, and can also protect the safety of the electrical primary equipment. As the most important electrical main equipment in the power plant, the structure of the generator is very complex and the cost is very high, so the configuration of the related protection in the generator has always been the most complex. Only through reasonable relay protection setting calculation and the correct configuration of the protection system can the safe operation of the generator be improved and the loss be reduced to the minimum in the event of accident. With the development of economic construction, the installed capacity of power grid in China is increasing rapidly, and the coal-fired units of 600MW still occupy the leading position in the main generating units of power system in our country at the present stage. Therefore, it is of general significance to analyze the relay protection devices in coal-fired power plants with installed capacity of 600WM, summarize the problems and give some suggestions for modification. This paper takes two 600MW coal-fired thermal power plants in operation of Datang International Wangtan Power Plant as the main research body, and discusses the relaying protection related to the electrical system parameters and configuration. In this paper, the author first analyzes the current situation of relay protection system used in thermal power plants in our country, and summarizes the basic requirements of relay protection in thermal power plants. Especially about the common configuration requirements of relay protection system in generator and transformer set and auxiliary power system, and then according to the relevant relay protection setting requirements according to the timing characteristics of generating and transformer group system and auxiliary power system in Wangtan Power Plant. The method of calculating the fixed value of each protection involved is discussed. Finally, through some problems found in the actual operation of Wangtan Power Plant, some reasonable suggestions are put forward. Finally, based on the consideration of some difficult problems, the development of relay protection technology is speculated and discussed.
