考虑安全约束的交直流配电网储能与换流站协调经济调度

【摘要】：直流配电网技术的发展,为分布式电源、储能的接入提供了更高效的方式,同时也使配电网呈现出交直流混合的拓扑形态。提出了基于安全约束的交直流混合配电网储能与换流站协调经济调度方法,通过优化换流站的无功调节与储能的充放电,一方面能确保配电系统安全运行,另一方面在输配分离的电力市场环境下可最小化供电公司从上级电网购电的成本。另外,交直流混合配电网经济调度模型属于混合整数非线性规划,缺乏快速有效的求解方法,通过线性化技术将原模型转化为能有效求解的混合整数线性规划问题。最后,通过算例测试验证了所提方法的效果及求解的快速性。
[Abstract]:The development of DC distribution network technology provides a more efficient way for the access of distributed generation and energy storage, at the same time, the distribution network presents a hybrid topology of AC and DC. This paper presents a coordinated economic dispatching method for AC / DC hybrid distribution network based on safety constraints. By optimizing reactive power regulation and charge / discharge of converter station, on the one hand, it can ensure the safe operation of distribution system. On the other hand, the power supply company can minimize the cost of purchasing electricity from the superior power grid in the electricity market environment of separated transmission and distribution. In addition, the economic dispatching model of AC / DC hybrid distribution network belongs to mixed integer nonlinear programming and lacks a fast and effective solution method. The original model is transformed into a mixed integer linear programming problem which can be effectively solved by linearization technique. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method and the rapidity of the solution are verified by a numerical example.
