基于卖方灵活电力合约的风电合同交易机制

【摘要】：考虑风电的不确定性及系统供需互动,提出了基于卖方灵活电力合约的规定浮动电力区间的风电合同。推导购售电双方参与竞价交易及合同交易的效用模型,得到基于合同交易机会成本定价下各自可接受的合同价格,并通过场外协商经系统安全校核完成合同制定。风电商可在合同交易的同时参与竞价市场交易,或利用发、用电权交易协议组成供需多方联盟减弱风电不确定性造成的效用降低。算例采用蒙特卡洛法模拟求解,验证了所提方法的有效性,分析了风电合同价格的影响因素,证明了风电合同能够提升交易各方的效益。
[Abstract]:Considering the uncertainty of wind power and the interaction between supply and demand of the system, a wind power contract based on the seller's flexible power contract is proposed. The utility model of bidding and contract transaction is derived, and the acceptable contract price is obtained based on the opportunity cost of contract transaction, and the contract is made through over-the-counter negotiation and system safety check. Wind power companies can participate in bidding market transactions while contract trading, or use power rights trading agreement to form a supply and demand alliance to reduce the effectiveness of wind power uncertainty. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by Monte Carlo method, and the influencing factors of wind power contract price are analyzed. It is proved that wind power contract can improve the benefit of all parties.
