绝缘击穿测试台的设计与工艺研究

【摘要】:在航天军工产品中,仪器设备、线缆线束,作为整个系统的一部分,起着决定性作用。仪器和线缆的质量直接决定了产品的质量,其检测作为保证整体质量的关键环节,已受到航天军工制造各企业的高度重视。产品的绝缘电阻特性及耐压性能是关系到产品质量优劣的重要因素,目前市场上存在的要么是价格高昂的自动化测试产品,要么是极其不稳定的手动摇表测试产品,所以,根据航天企业实际需求,研发出一种可靠性高、价格适中、能满足多点测量、易操作的绝缘击穿测试设备显得尤为重要。本课题包括设计与绝缘测试仪相匹配的可靠控制电路、转接装置,并将它们有效的联系起来,同时也包括PCB设计、测试台结构设计、生产工艺研究等内容,最终完成整个绝缘击穿测试台的研制。绝缘击穿测试台可以对仪器或电缆的绝缘电阻、耐压强度进行测试,该设备可靠性好、效率高、操作简单、通用性强,可以进行大规模绝缘点间绝缘电阻测试和抗电强度的测试,保证了产品的电气性能,提高了测试效率,提高产品出厂的可靠性。
[Abstract]:As a part of the whole system, instrumentation and cable harness play a decisive role in aerospace military products. The quality of instruments and cables directly determines the quality of the products. As a key link to ensure the overall quality, the inspection has been highly valued by the aerospace military manufacturing enterprises. The insulation resistance and voltage resistance of the products are important factors related to the quality of the products. At present, there are either expensive automated test products or extremely unstable hand-shaking meter test products in the market, so, According to the actual demand of spaceflight enterprises, it is very important to develop a kind of insulation breakdown test equipment with high reliability and moderate price, which can satisfy the multi-point measurement and is easy to operate. This subject includes the design of reliable control circuit, connecting device, and connecting them effectively with the insulation tester. At the same time, it also includes the design of PCB, the structure design of test bench, the research of production technology, etc. Finally, the development of the whole insulation breakdown test bench is completed. The insulation breakdown test bench can test the insulation resistance and voltage strength of the instrument or cable. The equipment has good reliability, high efficiency, simple operation and strong versatility. Large scale insulation resistance test and electrical strength test can be carried out to ensure the electrical performance of the product, improve the testing efficiency and improve the reliability of the product.
