变压器油中典型缺陷的局放特高频信号标定

【摘要】:为研究油浸式变压器局部放电特高频检测技术的信号量化标定问题,在人工模拟变压器内搭建了典型局部放电的缺陷模型并进行相关实验研究,同时提取了4种在不同放电电压下的油中典型缺陷的局放视在放电量和特高频信号积累能量作为标定特征量,并对其关联性进行比较分析。研究表明,4种典型缺陷的特高频信号积累能量与其视在放电量平方均存在较好的一次函数关系,且油纸绝缘缺陷的类型与外加实验电压的大小均会影响标定回归曲线的拟合优度,因此对于特高频信号的标定评价必须考虑具体的放电类型与条件进行综合考核。研究结果丰富了变压器油中局放的特高频检测数据库,为油中局放特高频标定的进一步研究提供有利参考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the problem of signal quantization calibration of oil immersed transformer partial discharge UHF detection technology, a typical partial discharge defect model was built in artificial simulated transformer and related experiments were carried out. At the same time, four kinds of partial discharge and UHF signal accumulation energy of typical defects in oil under different discharge voltages were extracted as calibration characteristic quantities, and their correlation was compared and analyzed. The results show that the UHF signal accumulation energy of four typical defects has a good primary function relationship with the square of the apparent discharge quantity. The type of oil-paper insulation defect and the magnitude of applied experimental voltage will affect the goodness of fit of calibration regression curve. Therefore, the specific discharge types and conditions must be considered in the calibration evaluation of UHF signals. The results enrich the UHF detection database of partial discharge in transformer oil and provide a useful reference for the further study of UHF calibration.
