电力电子系统中器件利用率计算与评估方法

【摘要】:电力电子系统性能评估有不同的评价指标,其中器件利用率是一个很重要的指标,但鲜有系统化的评价方法。在电力电子系统设计过程中,对于半导体开关器件的选型主要由工程经验确定,没有定量方法的指导。以电能路由器为例,提出一种计算和评估电力电子系统中器件利用率的方法,应用于各种不同的组合电路中,通过对电路及器件参数的分析与计算,得到器件利用率的结果。器件利用率的数值越高,说明器件利用程度越高。对不同方案的器件利用率进行计算与比较,得出不同方案中器件利用程度的定量对比结果,以此作为器件选型的定量依据。通过具体实例分析器件利用率的应用场景,验证了器件利用率计算和评估方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Power electronic system performance evaluation has different evaluation indexes, among which device utilization ratio is an important index, but there are few systematic evaluation methods. In the process of power electronic system design, the selection of semiconductor switch devices is mainly determined by engineering experience, without the guidance of quantitative method. Taking electric power routers as an example, a method for calculating and evaluating the utilization ratio of devices in power electronic systems is presented. It is applied to various kinds of combinational circuits. By analyzing and calculating the circuit and device parameters, the results of device utilization are obtained. The higher the device utilization ratio is, the higher the device utilization degree is. The device utilization ratio of different schemes is calculated and compared, and the quantitative comparison results of device utilization degree in different schemes are obtained, which can be used as the quantitative basis for device selection. By analyzing the application scenario of the device utilization ratio, the validity of the calculation and evaluation method is verified.
