基于风险节点电价的互联系统分散协同调度方法

【摘要】:互联电网的能量管理是当今能源互联网建设中的一个重要研究课题。为反映电力系统的运行风险水平,通过在传统节点电价(locational marginal price,LMP)中引入一项简化的风险价格,提出一种改进的风险节点电价模型(risk-based LMP,RLMP),并基于电力市场双边交易机制下区域系统的产消属性,设计了无需上级调度中心参与的互联电力系统分散协同风险调度框架。各区域调度中心对其辖区实行分散自治调度,保证区域电网在指定风险水平约束下的经济运行。相邻区域调度中心进而通过协同机制调整联络线传输功率,以实现互联电力系统经济效益的最大化。最后,仿真算例验证了所提RLMP模型与分散协同算法的有效性。结果表明,上述方法可提升互联电力系统的调度的灵活性,并控制系统运行风险。
[Abstract]:The energy management of interconnected power grid is an important research topic in the construction of energy internet. In order to reflect the operational risk level of power system, an improved risk node pricing model (risk-based LMP,RLMP) is proposed by introducing a simplified risk price into the traditional node price (locational marginal price,LMP). Based on the property of production and dissipation of regional system under the bilateral transaction mechanism of power market, a decentralized cooperative risk dispatching framework for interconnected power system without the participation of superior dispatching center is designed. Each regional dispatching center carries out decentralized autonomous dispatching to ensure the economic operation of the regional power grid under the constraint of the specified risk level. In order to maximize the economic benefit of interconnected power system, the adjacent regional dispatching center adjusts the transmission power of tie-line through cooperative mechanism. Finally, a simulation example verifies the effectiveness of the proposed RLMP model and decentralized collaborative algorithm. The results show that the above method can enhance the flexibility of dispatching and control the operational risk of interconnected power systems.
