基于光纤Bragg光栅的油浸式变压器多点温度监测

【摘要】:为合理指导变压器负载限额,确保变压器正常运行,需在其运行过程中对其内部温度进行实时监测。针对变压器内部结构特点研制了1种光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)温度传感器,对变压器油温、铁芯温度、绕组温度以及上端部卡件温度等多点温度进行了监测。监测结果表明:变压器工作于额定功率时其绕组热点温度约为83.5℃;上端部卡件在环境漏磁产生涡流的作用下,其温度高于顶层油温的最大值约为3.4℃;铁芯上、下轭的最高温度分别为65.3℃、52.9℃;顶层油温、中部油温、底层油温的最大值分别为75.1℃、67.3℃、52.4℃。通过对变压器内部多点温度的直接测量可为变压器模型的建立提供数据支撑,并为其运行状态以及负载限额提供判定依据。
