火电300MW机组高背压供热改造分析

【摘要】:本选题主要研究300MW燃煤热电联产机组高背压循环水集中供热改造技术,以及对本案例由抽汽供热改造为背压供热后机组运行方式的选择,并结合实例对比改造前后数据,对机组进行分析,得出改造后机组主要数据。背压循环水供热是通过改变低压转子结构,降低低压缸做工能力,提高低压缸排汽温度,在凝汽器内将热网循环水加热,热网循环水就是凝汽器的冷却水,充分利用凝汽式机组排汽的汽化潜热加热循环水,将冷源损失降低为零,从而提高机组的循环热效率。采用该方法供热是在不增加机组规模的前提下,通过改变汽轮机结构,提高本案例热电厂的供热能力。背压式机组或高背压循环水供热机组与抽凝式机组相比,其供热经济性根本的差异就在于背压机组在供热工况下运行时,其冷源损失全部被利用。同时由抽汽供热改造为背压供热,投资相对较小,供热能力提升明显,经济效益显著,因此在供热企业中多有应用。目前已经有烟台电厂,邹县电厂、青岛热电厂等已经完成了改造。但300MW等级高背压供热改造案例目前只有华电青岛热电厂#2机组与呼和浩特金桥热电厂#2机组。本文以呼和浩特金桥热电厂#2机组高背压供热改造工程案例为模板,对机组高背压改造从设计方案到正常运行进行全面的跟踪,介绍凝汽式机组为满足高背压供热所做的供热负荷分析,低压缸本体改造等一些在改造过程中必须解决的问题。并供热机组运行情况进行全面的观察与分析,选取机组实际运行中几个遇到的典型工况进行分析,评价机组的不同工况下运行,计算改造投资回收周期,并确定最经济的运行调整方式,为今后热电厂循环水高背压改造提供实例改造方案参考和运行调整经验。
[Abstract]:This topic mainly studies the 300MW coal-fired cogeneration unit high back pressure circulating water central heating transformation technology, as well as this case from the extraction heat supply transformation to the back pressure heating unit operation mode choice, and unifies the example comparison before and after transformation data, Analysis of the unit, the main data of the unit after the transformation. By changing the structure of the low pressure rotor, reducing the working ability of the low pressure cylinder, increasing the exhaust temperature of the low pressure cylinder, heating the circulating water of the hot net in the condenser, the circulating water of the heat network is the cooling water of the condenser. The circulating water can be heated by the latent heat of vaporization of condensing steam unit, and the loss of cold source will be reduced to zero, thus improving the cycle heat efficiency of the unit. This method is used to improve the heating capacity of the thermal power plant in this case by changing the steam turbine structure without increasing the unit size. Compared with the condensing unit, the fundamental difference of the backpressure unit or high backpressure circulating water heating unit is that when the backpressure unit operates under the heating condition, the loss of the cold source is fully utilized. At the same time, the steam extraction heating is transformed into backpressure heating, the investment is relatively small, the heating capacity is improved obviously, and the economic benefit is remarkable, so it is widely used in heating enterprises. At present, Yantai Power Plant, Zouxian Power Plant and Qingdao Thermal Power Plant have been renovated. However, at present, only the # 2 unit of Huadian Qingdao Thermal Power Plant and the # 2 Unit of Hohhot Jinqiao Thermal Power Plant are the only cases of 300MW grade high back pressure heating retrofit. In this paper, the high backpressure retrofit of unit # 2 of Hohhot Jinqiao Cogeneration Power Plant is taken as a template to track the retrofit of the unit from the design scheme to the normal operation. This paper introduces the heat supply load analysis of condensing steam unit to satisfy the high back pressure heating, and some problems that must be solved in the process of transformation, such as the transformation of the body of low pressure cylinder, and so on. The operation of the heating unit is observed and analyzed comprehensively, several typical operating conditions are selected to analyze the operation of the unit, the operation of the unit under different operating conditions is evaluated, and the investment recovery period of the retrofit is calculated. The most economical mode of operation adjustment is determined to provide practical reference and operation adjustment experience for the retrofit of circulating water with high back pressure in future thermal power plants.
