220kV GIS变电站雷入侵过电压分析

【摘要】:蓬勃发展的经济促进了对电力供应需求的稳定增长,近年来我国生产生活用电需求呈逐年增加的趋势。变电站作为电力系统的核心组成部分,其运行是否安全可靠直接影响到整个电网的稳定。然而实际变电站容易因故障而停运,其中雷击灾害是变电站事故的主要元凶。一旦发生因雷击造成的变电站故障,容易引起大范围失去电力供应,此外,大部分变电站设备不具备绝缘自恢复能力,一旦设备故障,将难以恢复供电。对变电站遭受雷击情况进行分析,有助于指导变电站雷害防护措施。在这样背景下,本文采用了 ATP仿真软件作为研究工具,研究了山东日照招贤220 kV GIS变电站遭受雷击后的过电压特征情况,并对几种降低过电压措施效果进行了计算,为该变电站雷击防护提供了数据支撑。全文研究内容概述如下:全文主要包括三大部分,第一部分是模型搭建,建立了包含输电线路、雷电波、站内设备、杆塔、冲击接地电阻、绝缘子闪络模型的变电站雷击侵入模型,其中对绝缘子闪络进行重点分析,通过软件TACTS模块完成了该物理过程的模拟;第二部分是计算分析,计算了不同雷击点、冲击接地电阻、运行方式以及保护距离等多因素对过电压数值的影响;第三部分为降低雷过电压措施分析,首先对220 kV GIS变电站避雷器配置特点进行了描述,然后分析几种不同配置方案下设备过电压水平,并结合该变电站接线特点,最后提出了适用于该变电站降低雷击过电压的避雷器配置方法。
[Abstract]:The booming economy has promoted the steady growth of the demand for electricity supply. In recent years, the demand for electricity for production and daily use in our country has been increasing year by year. Substation as the core part of power system, its operation safety and reliability directly affect the stability of the entire power grid. However, substation is easy to be shut down because of failure, and lightning disaster is the main culprit of substation accident. Once the substation failure caused by lightning strike occurs, it is easy to lose the power supply in a large area. In addition, most substation equipments do not have the ability of self-recovery of insulation, once the equipment fails, it will be difficult to restore the power supply. The analysis of the lightning strike situation of the substation is helpful to guide the protection measures of the substation lightning damage. Under this background, this paper uses the ATP simulation software as the research tool, studies the overvoltage characteristic of Rizhao Zhaoxian 220 kV GIS substation after the lightning strike, and calculates the effect of several measures to reduce the overvoltage. It provides data support for the lightning protection of the substation. The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows: the first part is model building, which includes transmission line, lightning wave, station equipment, pole tower, impulse grounding resistance. The insulator flashover model of substation lightning attack model, in which the insulator flashover is analyzed emphatically, and the simulation of the physical process is completed by the software TACTS module. In the second part, the effects of different lightning strike points, impulse grounding resistance, operation mode and protection distance on the value of overvoltage are calculated. In the third part, the characteristics of lightning arrester configuration in 220 kV GIS substation are described firstly, and then the equipment overvoltage level under several different configuration schemes is analyzed, and combined with the connection characteristics of the substation, the third part is the analysis of the measures to reduce the lightning overvoltage. Finally, a lightning arrester configuration method suitable for reducing lightning overvoltage in the substation is proposed.
