首尾相连型流域梯级水库水电联合调度研究

【摘要】:水电具有成本低、可再生、清洁无污染等特点,符合国家建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会要求,近年来获得了快速发展。随着大机组、巨型流域梯级电站的相继建成投产,流域梯级水库的经济优化调度受到了人们的高度重视,长期以来一直是研究的热点,研究内容主要集中于兴利调度,较少涉及异常及故障情况下流域梯级水库应急联合调度,且研究对象多为常规梯级水库系统,较少涉及首尾相连型梯级水库系统。本文围绕首尾相连型流域梯级水库安全经济运行存在的关键问题,以雅砻江流域梯级水库系统为主要研究对象,对该类型流域梯级水库联合优化调度建模、求解方法和异常及事故情况下应急联合调度开展研究,主要研究内容如下:首先,阐述了流域梯级水库水电联合优化调度研究的背景和意义、梯级水库优化调度运行存在的主要问题和国内外水库优化调度的主要研究进展,并以雅砻江流域梯级水库系统为例介绍了首尾相连型流域梯级水库系统及其主要运行特点。其次,分析了不同时间尺度上常规流域梯级水库系统联合优化典型调度数学模型及优化求解算法流程,选取了相应模型对雅砻江流域梯级水库系统进行联合优化计算,并对优化计算结果进行了分析。接下来,介绍了雅砻江流域首尾相连梯级水库及其电力送出系统,分析了该梯级水库系统常规优化调度计算结果,指出计算调度方案存在安全运行裕度偏低问题,提出了安全裕度目标函数并求解出该函数最优运行解,以此为基础提出了适合该流域梯级水库系统改进优化调度数学模型并进行了实例求解,计算结果验证了改进优化调度数学模型在解决常规兴利调度中安全裕度偏低问题、兼顾兴利调度与安全运行风险的有效性。最后,分析了典型异常及事故情况下首尾相连型流域梯级水库系统安全运行存在的主要风险,提出了相应的水电联合应急调控策略,总结提炼出首尾相连型梯级水库系统正常及极端工况下的联合调度运行关键技术,并以实际运行案例验证了异常及事故情况发生时流域梯级水库系统极端工况下水电联合应急调度策略的可行性。
[Abstract]:Hydropower has the characteristics of low cost, renewable, clean and pollution-free. It meets the requirements of national construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society, and has been developed rapidly in recent years. With the construction and production of large units and giant river basin cascade power stations, people attach great importance to the economic optimal operation of cascade reservoirs in the basin, which has long been the focus of research. The emergency joint operation of cascade reservoirs in river basin is seldom involved in abnormal and fault situations, and the research object is mostly conventional cascade reservoir system, and the first and last connected cascade reservoir system is less involved. This paper focuses on the key problems existing in the safe and economic operation of cascade reservoirs in the first and last connected river basins. Taking the cascade reservoir system of the Yalong River basin as the main research object, this paper models the joint optimal operation of the cascade reservoirs in this type of watershed. The main contents of the research are as follows: firstly, the background and significance of the research on cascade reservoir hydropower joint optimal dispatching in river basin are expounded. The main problems existing in the optimal operation of cascade reservoirs and the main research progress in the optimal operation of reservoirs at home and abroad are discussed. Taking the cascade reservoir system of the Yalong River basin as an example, the cascade reservoir system of the first and last connected river basins and its main operating characteristics are introduced. Secondly, the typical mathematical model and algorithm flow of joint optimization of conventional cascade reservoir system in different time scales are analyzed, and the corresponding model is selected to carry out joint optimization calculation of cascade reservoir system in Yalong River basin. The results of optimization calculation are analyzed. Then, the cascade reservoir and its electric power supply system in Yalong River basin are introduced. The results of conventional optimal operation calculation of the cascade reservoir system are analyzed, and the problem of low safety operation margin in the calculation and dispatching scheme is pointed out. The objective function of safety margin is put forward and the optimal operation solution of this function is obtained. Based on this, a mathematical model for improving optimal operation of cascade reservoir system in the basin is proposed and an example is given to solve the problem. The calculation results show that the improved mathematical model of optimal scheduling is effective in solving the problem of low security margin and taking into account the risks of profit scheduling and security operation. Finally, the main risks in the safe operation of cascade reservoir system in the case of typical anomalies and accidents are analyzed, and the corresponding combined emergency control strategies for hydropower are put forward. Summing up and refining the key technology of combined operation under normal and extreme working conditions of the cascade reservoir system connected with head and tail, The feasibility of the combined emergency dispatching strategy of hydropower under extreme conditions of cascade reservoir system in river basin is verified by actual operation cases.
