电子式互感器在智能变电站中的应用研究
[Abstract]:In order to realize the economic, safe, reliable and sustainable development of power system, smart grid technology is developing rapidly in China. Electronic transformer is applied to intelligent substation as a new technology. In recent years, it has become a hot topic of research. Its technical level and product quality will affect the safe and reliable operation of intelligent substation. This paper describes the background and significance of the research, summarizes the application and research status of electronic transformers at home and abroad, and introduces the structure, working principle, technical characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of several electronic transformers used at present. For example: Rogowski coil type, LPCT, magneto-optic glass type, all-fiber current transformer; voltage-splitting type, all-fiber voltage transformer and so on. The research focus of this paper is divided into three parts: firstly, through the application mode, application situation and operation situation of electronic transformer, we summarize the existence of individual problems and common problems in active electronic transformer and passive electronic transformer. Combined with the application of intelligent substation and field operation experience, some suggestions are given. Secondly, the (VFTO) problem of extremely fast transient overvoltage is studied in the application of electronic transformer. On the basis of analyzing the principle of VFTO generation, influencing factors and characteristics, the equivalent simulation model for the main equipment of GIS is given. Based on the actual substation main wiring diagram and GIS layout diagram, the simulation circuit is built with EMTP simulation software. The VFTO amplitudes of the main electrical equipments are obtained by simulating the VFTO of the seven kinds of disconnector operation modes. The simulation results are analyzed, and the influence of transformer inlet capacitance on VFTO amplitude is analyzed, and the protective measures against VFTO of electronic transformer in GIS station are analyzed, and the VFTO test of electronic transformer before and after taking measures is compared. Finally, the application and optimization of electronic transformer in intelligent substation are studied. This paper analyzes the selection requirements of electronic transformers, configuration principles and VFTO problems concerned in selecting transformers, and makes a technical analysis of the three schemes of transformer selection in practical substations using the principle of full life cycle. Finally, the optimal configuration scheme is obtained by comparing the economy and analyzing the characteristics of VFTO.
