配电网重构模型及其在重庆某城区配电网中的应用
[Abstract]:The reconfiguration of distribution network is a basic method to optimize the network topology under normal working conditions. The dispatcher adjusts the distribution network structure according to the actual operation of the field through the operation of the switch so as to reduce the active power loss of the system and improve the economic performance of the distribution network system on the one hand; On the other hand, the goals of eliminating overload, balancing load and improving the reliability of power system can be achieved. In this paper, binary PSO (particle swarm optimization) algorithm is applied to the network topology in the reconfiguration of distribution network, which aims to reduce the loss of active power in the network. In the process of studying the convergence of binary PSO algorithm, this paper uses the methods of initial population size and inertia factor to judge the radiance of distribution network to accelerate the convergence of the algorithm. Through the example analysis of a distribution network model in Chongqing, the network loss after reconfiguration is 2.5 MW, which is 16.6% lower than that before reconfiguration, so the model in this paper is feasible. In the reconfiguration of distribution network aimed at improving reliability, the improved switching algorithm is mainly used in the reconfiguration. The combined weight values of SAIDI and SAIFI are selected as the selection principle of breaking the normally closed segmented switch, which is based on the system average blackout duration (SAIDI) and the average power outage number (SAIFI) of the system. Based on the analysis of the distribution network model in a certain urban area of Chongqing, the SAIFI decreases 7.1and SAIDI decreases 6.42F and the value of 6.7ASAI increases 0.7. It is shown that the reliability of the reconfigurable system is improved significantly, and the reconfiguration model of distribution network aiming at reliability is correct.
