基于相似理论的断路器传动机构模型设计研究

【摘要】:高压断路器传动机构存在加载力大、结构复杂、不利于在实验室开展可靠性实验研究的问题。为了研究高压断路器传动机构的机械可靠性,本文对传动机构中的主触头机构进行重点研究,采用相似理论对断路器传动机构的主触头机构进行等效模型设计研究。这为实验室研究高压断路器传动机构的可靠性提供了新的思路,具有重要的工程应用价值。本文具体研究内容如下:首先对主触头机构进行了运动学与动力学分析,并结合质量代换法完成了主触头机构的等效设计,应用ADAMS软件将设计的等效主触头机构与原主触头机构的运动学和动力学特性进行了对比分析,结果表明设计的等效主触头机构与原主触头机构在动力学特性上是等效的。以相似理论为基础,对等效主触头机构进行相似设计,设计出了等效主触头机构的相似模型。运用方程分析法和量纲分析法得到了等效主触头机构原型与其相似模型各物理量的对应相似关系。为了验证相似关系的正确性,对主触头机构连杆的动态应力进行分析,并且应用ADAMS软件验证了等效主触头机构原型与相似模型的动力学特性的相似关系的正确性;应用ADAMS与ANSYS软件联合仿真得到了原主触头机构、等效主触头机构原型、等效主触头机构相似模型的各连杆动态应力相似关系。进一步,对等效主触头机构原型与其相似模型的模态特性的相似关系进行了研究,得到了等效主触头机构原型与其相似模型的模态相似关系,并用Workbench软件进行了仿真分析验证,表明了模态相似分析结果的正确性。论文的研究为高压断路器传动机构实验模型的设计与改进提供了依据,有利于工程的实际应用。
[Abstract]:The transmission mechanism of high voltage circuit breaker has the problems of high load force and complex structure, which is not conducive to the reliability experimental research in the laboratory. In order to study the mechanical reliability of the transmission mechanism of high voltage circuit breaker, the main contact mechanism of the transmission mechanism is studied in this paper, and the equivalent model design of the main contact mechanism of the circuit breaker transmission mechanism is studied by using the similarity theory. This provides a new idea for laboratory to study the reliability of high voltage circuit breaker transmission mechanism and has important engineering application value. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the kinematics and dynamics of the main contact mechanism are analyzed, and the equivalent design of the main contact mechanism is completed with the mass substitution method. The kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the designed equivalent principal contact mechanism and the original main contact mechanism are compared and analyzed by using ADAMS software. The results show that the designed equivalent principal contact mechanism and the original main contact mechanism are equivalent in dynamic characteristics. Based on the similarity theory, the similarity design of the equivalent main contact mechanism is carried out, and the similarity model of the equivalent main contact mechanism is designed. By using the method of equation analysis and dimensional analysis, the corresponding similarity relations between the prototype of the equivalent principal contact mechanism and the physical quantities of its similar model are obtained. In order to verify the correctness of the similarity relation, the dynamic stress of the connecting rod of the main contact mechanism is analyzed, and the correctness of the similarity relationship between the prototype and the similar model of the equivalent principal contact mechanism is verified by using ADAMS software. By using ADAMS and ANSYS software, the dynamic stress similarity relations of the primary contact mechanism, the prototype of the equivalent main contact mechanism and the similarity model of the equivalent main contact mechanism are obtained. Furthermore, the similarity relationship between the prototype of the equivalent main contact mechanism and its similar model is studied, and the modal similarity relationship between the prototype of the equivalent main contact mechanism and its similar model is obtained, and the simulation results are verified by Workbench software. It is shown that the results of modal similarity analysis are correct. The research in this paper provides the basis for the design and improvement of the experimental model of the transmission mechanism of the high voltage circuit breaker, and is beneficial to the practical application of the engineering.
