泰州地区智能配电网继电保护的技术应用研究
[Abstract]:With the development of smart distribution network technology, the demand of power end-user reliability is improved, so it becomes an inevitable trend to realize distribution network reliability power supply. However, the complexity and large scale of distribution network bring many problems to the rapid isolation of power grid faults and the timely recovery of end users. This paper tracks the domestic and international research trends of smart distribution network, combining with the actual situation of distribution network in Taizhou area, studies the rapid protection based on various operation modes, optimizes the distribution network protection configuration in Taizhou area, and improves the reliability and selectivity. The feasibility of the distribution network protection channel is determined by analyzing the distribution network communication network, and the self-tuning protection and remote control research are carried out in combination with the regional real-time transportation side and the system power flow to improve the working efficiency. This paper summarizes the research work of practical testing and pilot operation of high-tech zones. The innovative achievements include: developing distributed fast protection based on IEC61850 to adapt to various operation modes, and using GOOSE fast message requirement mechanism, The information sharing of each station domain protection can be realized, and the fault can be quickly removed. The data synchronization of GOOSE network is realized based on IEEE1588, the research of high reliability and fast communication network of distribution network is carried out, and the method of GMRP dynamic partition and port mirror reflection is adopted to realize the high reliable transmission of information. The protection checking system based on real-time operation mode and power flow is developed. The functions of topology data, real-time power flow and grid operation data interaction are carried out by CIME,E language, and the functions of setting down and checking by data set and control block of IEC61850 are realized. Realize self-tuning and remote control operation. Through field verification, the distributed fast distribution network protection based on IEC61850 in this paper has good openness, can promote the standardization, standardization and interoperability of distribution protection, and then promote the construction and development of smart distribution network. Improve the reliability of power supply.
