变压器储存状态在线监测系统研制
[Abstract]:After the completion of large-scale transformer production, due to the influence of transportation conditions and operation time, it will not be transported to the substation site in time. Before transportation, it must be inflated and stored for a period of time. During the storage period, the gas pressure and dew point inside the transformer, The environmental temperature and humidity will affect the insulation of the transformer, and then affect the safety of the transformer. To ensure the storage safety of the transformer is the prerequisite for the normal transportation and safe operation of the large transformer. In view of the storage safety of large transformers, an on-line monitoring system for storage status of large transformers is developed, which can real-time monitor the internal gas pressure and dew point of transformers stored in static discharge sites. The parameters of environmental temperature and humidity which affect the safety condition of transformer realize the function of real-time warning and change the current situation of closed monitoring. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the necessity of condition monitoring during transformer storage is analyzed and the on-line monitoring system of large transformer storage condition is designed. The whole structure, composition and function of online monitoring system for large transformer storage state are described. The hardware circuit of the system is designed and completed, and the design and development process of the data control center, the automatic gas supply device and the automatic drying state of the transformer storage and transportation state monitoring system are introduced in detail. Complete the design and development of the database used in this software platform, the overall design and development of the website system.
