基于聚类风电场分群及等值建模的研究

【摘要】:随着我国风力发电的大力发展,风电机组的大规模并网对电力系统产生越来越大的影响,而由于电网调峰能力不足、配电线路阻塞和输电容量不足等原因,风电场限电问题已经成为风电发展面临的一大挑战。特别是在限电严重地区,调度往往会随机的切除某些风电机,这样往往会使一些性能较好的风电机组被切除。基于聚类风电场分群及等值建模利用运行数据研究风力发电场群建模理论方法。建立风电场群动态模型,为电网调度提供依据,对提高风电场群的运行效率、减小不稳定风电场群对电网的冲击具有重要的意义。本文研究了一种基于风电机组运行数据快速更新聚类分群方法。该方法建立风电场群模型后通过不断的滚动更新使模型更加具有时效性。通过仿真对比分析,验证这种方法能保证和实际模型输出具有较小的误差。同时为电网调度优先级选择更好的单位,保证电网运行的稳定性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of wind power generation in China, the large-scale grid connection of wind power units has more and more influence on the power system. However, due to the lack of peak shaving capacity of the power grid, the blocking of distribution lines and the insufficient transmission capacity, etc. Wind farm power restriction has become a major challenge for wind power development. Especially in the severely limited power area, the dispatching will remove some wind motors at random, which will make some wind turbine units with better performance be removed. Based on cluster wind farm clustering and equivalent modeling theory and method of wind farm group modeling are studied using operation data. The establishment of dynamic model of wind farm group provides the basis for power grid dispatching. It is of great significance to improve the operation efficiency of wind farm group and reduce the impact of unstable wind farm group on power grid. In this paper, a fast updating clustering method based on wind turbine operation data is studied. After the wind farm group model is established, the model is more time-efficient through continuous rolling updating. The simulation results show that this method can ensure a small error compared with the actual model output. At the same time, select a better unit for power dispatching priority to ensure the stability of power grid operation.
