分布式光伏监控技术研究与应用

【摘要】:针对分布式光伏电源点多面广、投资规模小、现场设备安装调试环境复杂、运行维护技术力量薄弱问题,分析并经实践检验得出传统变电站自动化信息接入方案在技术与经济上均不适应分布式光伏电源需求,且国内外均没有可供参考的分布式光伏主站监控系统一体化成熟解决方案。本文针对分布式光伏电源信息采集与实时监控难题,结合分布式光伏电源的特性,综合考虑技术、经济、安全、可行性,提出分布式光伏监控关键技术及一体化解决方案,破解了分布式光伏电源就地信息采集、通信通道、主站监控系统建设难题,实现了对分布式光伏电源的信息采集与实时监控,并在工程实践中得到广泛应用,解决了影响分布式光伏监控技术的关键问题,形成了可供复制、推广的技术方案。一是研发适应分布式光伏电源的一体化接入装置,在一个装置内融合保测一体、电能计量、电能质量、总控单元、规约转换器、加密装置、传输接入等功能,具有投资成本低、占用空间小且不单独占用屏柜、运行维护简单的特点;二是研究应用满足信息安全与二次安防要求的有线无线混合通信的远动通道解决方案,攻克了涵盖10千伏、380伏等不同电压等级并网的电站通道组织难题;三是规范建设区域分布式电源运行监控系统并形成建设标准,建设一套专用的区域分布式光伏电源运行监控主站系统,具备对电站开关位置量、模拟量、状态量以及电能质量、电能量计量监测以及发电功率预测、协调控制、效益分析等高级应用功能。系统的建成为国内分布式光伏监控技术领域提供关键技术支撑。目前已实现对浙江嘉兴等地区852座、879MW分布式光伏电源的信息采集、实时监控与运行管理。
[Abstract]:The distributed photovoltaic power supply has a wide range of points, a small investment scale, a complex environment for installation and commissioning of field equipment, and a weak technical force for operation and maintenance. It is concluded that the traditional information access scheme of substation automation can not meet the demand of distributed photovoltaic power supply technically and economically. And there is no integrated and mature solution for distributed photovoltaic monitoring system at home and abroad. Aiming at the problem of information collection and real-time monitoring of distributed photovoltaic power supply, combining the characteristics of distributed photovoltaic power supply, considering the technology, economy, security and feasibility, this paper puts forward the key technology and integrated solution of distributed photovoltaic monitoring. The problems of local information collection, communication channel and main station monitoring system construction are solved, and the information collection and real-time monitoring of distributed photovoltaic power supply are realized, which are widely used in engineering practice. The key problems affecting distributed photovoltaic monitoring technology are solved, and a replicable and popularized technical scheme is formed. The first is to develop an integrated access device adapted to distributed photovoltaic power supply, which integrates measurement and protection in one device, energy metering, power quality, general control unit, protocol converter, encryption device, transmission and access, etc., and has low investment cost. The utility model has the advantages of small occupation space and no individual occupation of the screen cabinet and simple operation and maintenance; The second is to study and apply the remote channel solution to meet the requirements of information security and secondary security, and solve the problem of channel organization of power station, which covers 10 kV, 380 volts and other different voltage levels connected to the grid. The third is to standardize the construction of a regional distributed power source operation monitoring system and to form a construction standard, and to build a special regional distributed photovoltaic power operation monitoring master station system with the switching position, analog quantity, state quantity and power quality of the power station. Electrical energy metering and monitoring as well as generation power prediction, coordination control, benefit analysis and other advanced application functions. The completion of the system provides key technical support for the domestic distributed photovoltaic monitoring technology field. At present, the information collection, real-time monitoring and operation management of 879MW distributed photovoltaic power have been realized in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province.
