基于电特性的110 kV交联聚乙烯电缆剩余寿命评估

【摘要】:充分认识交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆的绝缘特性,及时有效地发现和预防绝缘中存在的某些缺陷,对保障设备乃至系统的安全运行具有十分重要的意义。为此,利用逐级耐压法和等温松弛电流法对110 kV XLPE电缆进行了剩余寿命评估。在90℃恒温下,采用逐级耐压法进行了击穿试验,对不同电缆样品施加了相同升压参数,得到了电缆样品的击穿时间,结合等温松弛电流法得到的老化因子判断了电缆样品老化状况并估计了电缆样品的剩余寿命。结果表明:1985年和1987年投入运行的电缆处于严重劣化状态,剩余寿命约为10 a;1996年投入运行的电缆处于非常好的状态,剩余寿命约为30 a;以等温松弛电流法试验得到的结果作为趋势性的判断;以逐级耐压法试验得到的结果作为具体的判断。由此可得结论:利用电缆的电特性,能较合理地估计电缆剩余寿命,指导电缆的维修或更换工作,为交联电缆的老化评估和寿命估计提供较为有效的方法。
