尼龙电池壳焊接过程中的应力分析

【摘要】:利用Solidworks2012和ANSYS 14.5/Multiphysics模拟软件,对电池壳的焊接动态过程进行仿真分析。通过应力分析可知,在尼龙电池壳焊接制造过程中,由于温度的作用,在焊缝处形成薄弱环节,在静置过程中会在圆孔连接处以及箱体尖角处产生应力集中。经一定时间的孕育期后,微裂纹在应力的诱导作用下扩展汇合,最终造成电池壳宏观开裂漏液。
[Abstract]:The dynamic welding process of battery shell is simulated and analyzed by Solidworks2012 and ANSYS 14.5/Multiphysics software. Through stress analysis, it can be seen that in the process of manufacture of nylon battery shell, the weak link is formed in the weld due to the effect of temperature, and the stress concentration will be produced in the connection of circular hole and at the sharp corner of box during the static process. After a certain incubation period, the microcracks propagate and converge under the action of stress, resulting in the macroscopic cracking and leakage of the battery shell.
