基于聚类场景分析的风电场无功二层规划研究

【摘要】:随着风力发电技术不断发展,风电功率的随机性和波动性会对风电场的无功电压带来影响,进而影响电力系统的安全稳定运行。目前,对于风电场的无功电压运行要求和考核力度也在不断加大,需要通过配置无功补偿装置保证风电场的无功电压稳定。在实际工程中,往往综合利用电容器组和动态无功补偿装置对风电场进行集中补偿,如何合理规划配置这两类无功补偿装置,在经济性和补偿效果上达到最优,需要进一步研究。本文首先介绍了风电场内的无功设备,并分析各个无功设备在实际运行中的无功调节特性;通过实际风电场算例,研究分析了风电场无功电压特性,以此说明风电场无功补偿装置配置的必要性。针对风电场无功规划的场景问题,通过基于动态时间弯曲的层次聚类法,对平均风电功率曲线进行聚类分析,从中提取典型场景及其概率,用以描述风电功率的整体波动特性;并且引入局部波动数值的概念,利用局部波动数值的概率分布来表征风电功率的局部波动特性。为了使所配置的无功补偿装置最大限度满足风电场实际运行的无功需求,本文建立两阶段无功优化模型,有效地处理离散无功设备和动态无功补偿装置在时间尺度上的协调配合问题,并分别采用遗传算法和原对偶内点法求解;在此基础上,结合所构造的无功规划场景,进一步提出风电场无功二层规划模型,综合考虑经济性和运行稳定性,对无功补偿装置进行优化配置。最后通过实际算例验证本文方法的合理性和实用性。
[Abstract]:With the development of wind power generation technology, the randomness and fluctuation of wind power will affect the reactive power and voltage of wind farm, and then affect the safe and stable operation of power system. At present, the reactive power and voltage operation requirements and assessment of wind farms are also increasing, so it is necessary to ensure the stability of reactive power and voltage of wind farms through the allocation of reactive power compensation devices. In the actual project, the condenser bank and the dynamic reactive power compensator are often used to compensate the wind farm centrally. How to plan and dispose these two kinds of reactive power compensator reasonably, the economy and the compensation effect are optimized. Further study is needed. In this paper, the reactive power equipment in wind farm is introduced, and the reactive power regulation characteristics of each reactive power equipment in actual operation are analyzed. In this paper, the reactive power and voltage characteristics of wind farm are studied and analyzed by an example of actual wind farm, and the necessity of configuration of reactive power compensator in wind farm is explained. Aiming at the scenario problem of reactive power planning in wind farm, the average wind power curve is analyzed by hierarchical clustering method based on dynamic time bending, and the typical scenarios and their probabilities are extracted from them to describe the overall fluctuation characteristics of wind power. The concept of local wave value is introduced, and the probability distribution of local wave value is used to characterize the local fluctuation characteristic of wind power. In order to maximize the reactive power requirement of wind farm, a two-stage reactive power optimization model is established in this paper. The coordination problem of discrete reactive power equipment and dynamic reactive power compensator on time scale is effectively dealt with, and the genetic algorithm and the original dual interior point method are used to solve the problem, respectively. On this basis, combined with the constructed reactive power planning scenario, a two-layer reactive power planning model for wind farm is proposed. Considering the economy and operation stability, the reactive power compensator is configured optimally. Finally, the rationality and practicability of this method are verified by practical examples.
