输电网可靠性评价指标体系的分析与改进
[Abstract]:With the increase of power network scale and operation complexity, it is necessary for power grid enterprises to accurately grasp the reliability level provided by the existing power system and measure the transmission capacity of the system from the supply point to the transmission node (Transmission Deliverability). The reliability evaluation of transmission network based on operation statistics can truly reflect the equipment, structure and operation management level of the network, so it has been paid more and more attention by many countries. At present, the reliability evaluation of transmission network is based on the reliability evaluation of transmission and transformation facilities. In order to take into account the relevant outage characteristics between the facilities, the reliability evaluation index of the circuit is further established. However, with the change of power network operation environment and the widening of reliability evaluation content, the reliability evaluation index in our country at the present stage has gradually shown many limitations in practical application. On the basis of this, based on the construction criteria and characteristics of foreign power transmission network reliability evaluation index system, this paper deeply analyzes the transmission network reliability evaluation index system of our country. The improvement of reliability evaluation index model for transmission and transformation facilities and circuits is presented. First of all, according to the difference of the reliability evaluation index at home and abroad, the paper compares the evaluation object, the reliability state division and the index setting. According to the application status and reliability level of the index, the demand for the reliability index of the facilities in our country is extracted, thus expanding the multi-failure outage, and the common cause of the failure outage. The evaluation index and component outage model of failure outage in different life stages and taking into account the fault outage of inspection and repair are discussed. Secondly, the requirement of lean management of assets in power grid enterprises makes it necessary to give consideration to economy while ensuring the reliability of transmission network. Therefore, the concept of life-cycle cost is applied to the reliability evaluation of transmission network. The relationship between the cost and the reliability level of components during the whole life cycle of the system is established. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of transmission capacity is established and the statistical evaluation method of transmission network reliability is improved. Then, by using graph theory, the connecting mode of the components in the substation is transformed into the series or parallel form of reliability logic, and the main wiring of the substation can be equivalent to the minimum loop set by the depth search algorithm. Finally, the circuit model of transmission network is established, and two problems existing in the existing evaluation index of transmission capability based on circuit are analyzed, and the evaluation index of transmission capacity taking into account the characteristics of the network is put forward. Finally, taking the actual case of a local transmission network in Qinghai province as an example, by comparing the reliability evaluation index of transmission network established in this paper with the original evaluation index, the analysis and calculation as well as the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of transmission capacity are made. The validity of the evaluation index and model is proved.
