江苏如东海上风电场并网方式及经济性分析

【摘要】:为了合理选取适用于江苏如东大规模集群式风电工程的并网方案,首先分析比较了基于交流输电方式和柔性直流输电方式的海上风电并网技术的优缺点。然后给出了基于柔性直流输电方式的海上风电场并网的几种典型拓扑,并对各种并网拓扑的优缺点进行分析。在此基础上,对规划建设中的江苏如东大规模集群式风电工程的并网拓扑展开研究,提出了全交流、交流和直流点对点、交流和直流环形、交流和直流星形4种典型的并网方案。最后,选择经济性比较范围,采用现金流折现模型,从设备成本、维护成本和损耗费用3个方面计算了所提方案的总成本,进行了经济性比较和分析。结果表明,该工程采用全交流方式时经济性最佳,其次分别为交流和直流点对点混合并网方式、交流和直流星形混合并网方式、交流和直流环形并网方式。
[Abstract]:In order to reasonably select the grid-connected scheme suitable for the large-scale cluster wind power project in Rudong Jiangsu Province the advantages and disadvantages of offshore wind power grid connection technology based on AC transmission mode and flexible direct current transmission mode are analyzed and compared. Then several typical topology of offshore wind farm based on flexible direct current transmission are given, and the advantages and disadvantages of each topology are analyzed. On this basis, the topology of grid connection of large scale cluster wind power project in Rudong, Jiangsu Province, is studied, and full AC, AC and DC point-to-point, AC and DC ring are proposed. Ac and DC star four typical grid-connected schemes. Finally, the total cost of the proposed scheme is calculated from the three aspects of equipment cost, maintenance cost and loss cost by using the cash flow discount model, and the economic comparison and analysis are carried out. The results show that the economy of the project is the best when adopting full AC mode, followed by AC and DC point-to-point hybrid grid-connected mode, AC and DC star hybrid grid-connected mode, AC and DC ring grid-connected mode.
