浅析糯扎渡电厂机组运行区域

【摘要】:水轮发电机组运行稳定性是目前国内外大中型水轮发电机组普遍存在而且尚未解决的难题。由于水轮机固有的结构特性,其在某一特定水头下和负荷运行时蜗壳来流冲角加大,转轮出口会产生或正或负的环量,导致出现转轮水边脱流、叶道涡和尾水管涡带等现象,进而影响机组安全稳定运行。分析水轮机组运行稳定性,提出水轮机机组运行区域,优化机组运行方式,对于水轮机组长周期安全稳定运行有重要意义。
[Abstract]:At present, the operation stability of hydroelectric generating sets is a common and unsolved problem at home and abroad. Due to the inherent structural characteristics of the turbine, the flow angle of the volute increases under a certain water head and load, and the runner outlet will produce either positive or negative annulus, resulting in the phenomena of runner water edge deflow, blade vortex and draft tube vortex, etc. And then affect the safe and stable operation of the unit. It is of great significance for the safe and stable operation of the turbine group to analyze the operation stability of the turbine unit, to put forward the operation area of the turbine unit and to optimize the operation mode of the turbine unit.
