考虑风电时空相关性的仿射可调鲁棒机组组合

【摘要】:风电大规模接入电力系统,电力系统运行计划需要充分的考虑风电不确定性。该文提出考虑风电时空相关性的仿射可调鲁棒机组组合。采用椭球不确定集合描述风电功率的时空相关特性,基于仿射策略,构建鲁棒机组组合模型,并将所建模型转化为混合整数二阶锥规划模型进行求解。针对鲁棒优化可能过于保守的问题,依据解的可行概率与集合参数的关系,确定合适的集合参数,从而保证运行计划对于随机风电波动的鲁棒性以及经济性。最后,在IEEE 118节点系统上进行测试,考察了风电时空相关性对系统运行的影响。与传统备用容量法对比,验证了所提方法的经济性和鲁棒性。
[Abstract]:When wind power is connected to power system on a large scale, the operation plan of power system needs to take full account of the uncertainty of wind power. In this paper, an affine adjustable robust unit combination considering the temporal and spatial correlation of wind power is proposed. An ellipsoidal uncertain set is used to describe the space-time correlation of wind power. Based on affine strategy, a robust unit model is constructed, and the model is transformed into a mixed integer second-order cone programming model to solve the problem. For the problem that robust optimization may be too conservative, according to the relation between feasible probability of solution and set parameters, the appropriate set parameters are determined to ensure the robustness and economy of the operation plan to random wind power fluctuations. Finally, the influence of the temporal and spatial correlation of wind power on the operation of IEEE 118-bus system is investigated. Compared with the traditional reserve capacity method, the economy and robustness of the proposed method are verified.
