智能配电网自愈技术研究与应用

【摘要】:智能电网是电力系统未来的发展趋势,配电网是智能电网中最为重要的内容之一,研究智能电网特别是智能配电网的应用具有重要的意义。由于配电网是直接面向终端用户的,用户种类和用电负荷的多样性决定了配电网的复杂性。自愈控制技术是智能配电网的核心内容之一,当配电网发生故障时自愈控制技术可以对故障进行快速的诊断、定位、隔离以及电网的恢复。本文通过对配电网的特点、故障类型等的研究,提出了相关的馈线保护方法。随后展开了智能配电网自愈控制功能的相关研究,主要研究了自愈控制技术的基本理论和关键技术。研究表明自愈控制技术能够在保证智能用电技术质量的同时对电网进行实时监测、评估、诊断等。在此基础之上,进一步开展了自愈定位技术的研究工作,研究了故障位点的区段定位和精确定位。研究的结果表明自愈定位技术在主干线路和分支线路中的分别应用可以快速有效的查找到故障位点并对其进行隔离。接着,以动态规划算法为例研究了智能配电网的故障恢复重构技术。研究表明基于动态规划的电网恢复重构可以快速有效的解决电网恢复供电的能力。最后,选取智能配电网建设改造案例进行研究进一步说明智能配电网在智能用电技术中的重要性。
[Abstract]:Smart grid is the development trend of power system in the future. Distribution network is one of the most important contents in smart grid. It is of great significance to study the application of smart grid, especially smart distribution network. Because the distribution network is directly oriented to the end users, the complexity of the distribution network is determined by the variety of users and load. Self-healing control technology is one of the core contents of smart distribution network. The self-healing control technology can quickly diagnose, locate, isolate and restore the distribution network when the fault occurs. In this paper, the characteristics of distribution network, fault types and other research, put forward the relevant feeder protection methods. Then the research on the self-healing control function of smart distribution network is carried out, and the basic theory and key technology of self-healing control technology are mainly studied. The research shows that the self-healing control technology can monitor, evaluate and diagnose the power network in real time while ensuring the quality of intelligent power technology. On this basis, further research on self-healing location technology is carried out, and the section location and accurate location of fault site are studied. The results show that the application of self-healing location technology in the trunk line and branch line can quickly and effectively locate the fault site and isolate it. Then, the dynamic programming algorithm is taken as an example to study the fault recovery and reconfiguration technology of smart distribution network. The research shows that dynamic programming based network restoration reconfiguration can quickly and effectively solve the power supply recovery ability. Finally, a case study of smart distribution network construction and transformation is carried out to further illustrate the importance of smart distribution network in intelligent power use technology.
