考虑高载能负荷无功特性的高载能-新能源协调调度

【摘要】:基于发电-用户协调的新能源-高载能直购交易模式,考虑高载能负荷的有功-无功特性,对高载能负荷进行自调度。由于冶炼类高载能负荷其每个生产周期开始时会产生有功-无功功率冲击,当高载能负荷与新能源进行协调时,在弃风弃光较严重的时刻,可能出现高载能负荷为响应弃风弃光功率而调整其生产过程,进而导致较大的冲击负荷,造成节点电压越限。文章通过考虑高载能设备有功功率与无功功率之间的耦合特性,建立了考虑负荷无功特性的高载能自调度模型,保证高载能负荷有功调度时节点电压不越限。由于考虑交流潮流的高载能负荷自调度问题是一个混合整数非线性非凸问题,文章基于高载能企业内网特点,用简化Distflow模型表示电网潮流模型,将原非线性非凸问题变为混合整数线性规划问题,从而可用现有求解器高效求解。
[Abstract]:Based on the new energy-high load direct purchase and trading mode coordinated by generation and user, considering the active and reactive power characteristics of high-load energy load, the self-scheduling of high-load energy load is carried out. Because of the impact of active power and reactive power at the beginning of each production cycle of smelting high-load energy load, when the high-load energy load is coordinated with the new energy source, when the wind is abandoned and the light is more serious, It is possible that the high-load energy load can adjust the production process in response to the abandoned wind and light power, resulting in a larger impact load, resulting in the node voltage exceeding the limit. By considering the coupling characteristics between active and reactive power of high-load energy equipment, a self-scheduling model of high-load energy with consideration of load and reactive power characteristics is established to ensure that the node voltage does not exceed the limit of active power dispatching under high-load. Because the high load self-dispatch problem considering AC power flow is a mixed integer nonlinear non-convex problem, based on the characteristics of high load enterprise, the simplified Distflow model is used to represent the power flow model of the power network. The original nonlinear nonconvex problem is transformed into a mixed integer linear programming problem, which can be solved efficiently by the existing solver.
