嵌入式电表条码识别系统的研究与设计
[Abstract]:In the era of rapid development of science and technology, people continue to pursue intelligent life, image processing and machine vision technology promote the pace of people's pursuit. At present, although some bar code recognition technologies have been mature, such as image and photoelectric technology for bar code recognition, but these traditional technologies can not meet the functional requirements of some large intelligent recognition systems. In these large systems, not only bar code recognition, but also symbol, text, graphics and other information recognition are needed. Therefore, in this special environment, the complex bar code location and recognition technology has become a hot research topic. Taking the watt-hour meter required by Shenzhen Youhuitong Co., Ltd as an example, this paper studies and designs the bar code identification system of watt-hour meter. The main contents are as follows: 1. The algorithm research and implementation of the barcode identification and location technology of watt-hour meter is carried out. The method of template matching, gray level projection, feature extraction and connected region extraction are used to study and design the character recognition, which can realize character segmentation, location and recognition. The recognition rate and intelligent degree of the system are greatly improved. It is very important to get barcode information by character recognition when some bar codes are polluted and can not be recognized. 2. The embedded intelligent bar code recognition system for watt-hour meter is designed and implemented. Combined with the actual situation, the intelligent algorithm and application interface in the system are modularized by using VS2008 software, the client software is developed, and the comprehensive debugging of the bar code recognition system of watt-hour meter is carried out. The experimental results show that the design of this paper is correct and feasible and has been well applied in the embedded intelligent bar code recognition system of watt-hour meter. In addition, the bar code location recognition algorithm proposed in this paper can be applied to some research fields of image recognition technology, which has strong reference value and practical value.
