薄膜电容器数字化生产及信息管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:在信息化时代,电子元件的作用举足轻重。其中,薄膜电容器凭着良好的高频特性以及耐压值高、节能环保的优点在智能照明、新能源汽车等新型产业中应用广泛。随着这些产业的发展,薄膜电容的市场需求量越来越大。我国是薄膜电容器生产大国,然而只能占领中低端市场,与国际上的领先水平尚有一定差距。这一差距不仅是因为制造工艺水平较低,更是因为车间信息化技术的落后造成的。21世纪以来,“工业4.0”、“工业互联网”等物联网技术概念陆续推出,然而我国很多薄膜电容器生产企业依然采用手写任务、人工统计的管理方式,不仅容易产生纰漏,而且管理成本高,生产效率低。本文所研究的薄膜电容器数字化生产及信息管理系统是一个基于物联网与信息技术,融合了工业化和信息化的生产管理系统。系统由数据采集终端、数据中继器、服务器、数据库和监控管理客户端以及云服务器组成,实现了对薄膜电容器生产两个主要工序的生产信息采集。系统的硬件部分主要由数据采集终端和数据中继器构成。这两者均以STM32F103单片机作为核心处理器,并且采用了μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系统作为软件开发平台。采集终端带有LCD触摸屏,负责生产数据采集和人机交互;中继器则主要负责轮寻终端工作状态并通过WiFi向数据服务器传输数据。数据采集终端和数据中继器之间通过CAN总线通信。系统的应用层软件部分由服务器、管理客户端和数据库组成。系统的网络层采用Socket进行通信。服务器与客户端都是基于.NET Framework 4.0的架构开发的。数据库由SQL Server搭建而成。监控管理客户端实现了大屏幕滚动监控、生产任务下发、报表打印等功能。经过实验室和车间现场的调试,完成了对系统完整功能的测试。测试结果表明:本系统全部实现了预期的功能。系统可以通过监控管理客户端实现对薄膜电容器生产车间的实时数据进行采集并监控,同时也可以将生产指令信息发送至每台生产设备所连接的数据采集终端上。除此以外,本文对数据的通信能力在实际工作环境下进行了测试,验证了数据服务器的实时数据处理能力。本文设计的薄膜电容器数字化及信息管理系统对中小型电子生产企业的信息化管理升级具有良好的借鉴作用。

With the development of these industries, the market demand for thin film capacitors is increasing. China is a big country in the production of thin film capacitors, but it can only occupy the middle and low end market, which is still far from the international leading level.
