高压断路器零区测量系统的开发与应用

【摘要】:电流零区测量(CZM)系统可以用于评估断路器的开断能力,是电弧机理研究和产品开发、优化的有用工具。首先介绍了零区测量系统的原理以及据此开发的零区测量系统,该系统主要由高采样频率光纤隔离数采仪、分压器、Rogowski线圈和采集控制及数据处理程序组成。定制的分压器和Rogowski线圈经过校验后,可分别用于测量电弧电压和电流。随后将该系统应用于电压等级为252 k V、额定短路电流为50 k A/60 Hz的SF_6断路器的L90试验中,以获取不同燃弧时间的的零区特性数据。测试结果表明:过零前200 ns时刻的电导、过零前电弧电压下降率可以较好地表征SF_6断路器的热开断能力;对于被试断路器而言,过零前200 ns时刻的电导、过零前电弧电压下降率的开断临界值分别为Glim≈1.4 m S,Plim≈2 850 V/μs。该测量系统可对断路器开断能力进行定量测量和评定,将有助于提升高压断路器研发水平。
[Abstract]:The current zero range measurement (CZM) system can be used to evaluate the breaking capacity of circuit breakers. It is a useful tool for the research of arc mechanism and product development and optimization. Firstly, the principle of zero zone measurement system and the zero zone measurement system are introduced. The system is mainly composed of high sampling frequency optical fiber isolation digital collector, voltage divider, Rogowski coil, acquisition control and data processing program. The custom voltage divider and Rogowski coil can be used to measure arc voltage and current after calibration. Then the system is applied to the L90 test of SF_6 circuit breaker with a voltage level of 252kV and a rated short-circuit current of 50 Ka / 60 Hz to obtain the zero-range characteristic data of different arc burning time. The test results show that the thermal switching capacity of SF_6 circuit breakers can be well characterized by the conductance and the reduction rate of arc voltage at 200 ns before zero crossing.
