基于IEC61850技术的智能变电站二次回路安全隔离措施研究
[Abstract]:With the large-scale construction of intelligent substation and the application of new technology, the application of new technology in intelligent substation still needs to be improved, and the principle of GOOSE secondary circuit based on IEC61850 standard is not well grasped. At the present stage, there are a lot of intelligent substation reconstruction and extension projects. At the same time, some of the early intelligent substations are undergoing gradual transformation because of the equipment quality, operation life, design quality, etc., and the reconstruction and extension projects are being carried out in the operation substations. It is necessary to ensure a good separation between the operation equipment and the maintenance equipment, and in recent years, there have been frequent accidents of protection misoperation, refusal accidents and various lessons caused by improper operation of the operation and inspection personnel in the field work, which has caused us to ponder deeply. It also promotes the deep research on the secondary circuit isolation technology of intelligent substation. Taking 105 sets of combined units and the replacement of intelligent terminals in the whole station of 500kV Mahui Ling Substation of Jiangxi Power Grid as an example, the requirement of secondary circuit isolation is put forward in this paper. In order to better understand the related principle of GOOSE loop in intelligent substation, the data information model of IEC61850 is put forward, and the data model and principle of GOOSE loop transmission mechanism, GOOSE message meaning, GOOSE virtual terminal, GOOSE sending soft voltage board and so on are analyzed. On this basis, the advantages and disadvantages of different GOOSE circuit isolation techniques are analyzed, and the two isolation measures of SV sampling circuit are also summarized, and the principle of secondary equipment in intelligent substation and the matters needing attention are obtained. Finally, in the example of the transformation of 500kV Mahualing substation, the paper puts forward a way of choosing the isolation measures of intelligent substation. Combined with the conclusion of the principle of switching and retreating before, it clarifies the contents of specific safety measures, and at the same time, through a series of safeguard measures, To ensure the smooth implementation of the project. The research results of this paper have a good exemplary role and provide theoretical guidance and technical basis for all kinds of intelligent substation reconstruction projects in the future.
