220kV智能变电站二次设备的就地化设计研究

【摘要】:目前,继电保护等二次设备主要集中布置在保护小室内。随着智能变电站的发展、智能终端合并单元的应用给二次专业带来了一些新的问题,中间传输及转化环节过多,继电保护的速动性和系统可靠性有所降低。二次设备就地化安装可以极大的减少与合并单元及智能终端的连接电缆,优化二次回路设计,有效地提高智能变电站中继电保护的可靠性,具有明显的效益。逐步推进二次设备就地化,研究就地化相关技术,将对智能变电站的发展具有重要意义。本文首先说明了二次设备就地化的意义和现状,然后描述了本论文研究的某220kV变电站的详细情况。接着对目前就地化的两种方案,无防护、有防护方案进行了简单介绍,对本站采用的包括宽温显示、预制光缆技术在内的有防护就地化设计进行了详细分析,并对提高智能控制柜的防护能力进行了深入研究。对于智能变电站来说,就地化二次设计方案是一次创新的全面的变革,促进了一二次设备的融合同时也是智能站二次设计未来发展的趋势。最后,以蒙东地区220kV某变电站为例,结合相关技术规范,提出了该变电站就地化设计具体的实施方案,并对该方案产生的设计、安装调试及运行方面的效益进行了分析。本文的主要目的在于探讨出一套相对完善的、优化的、适用性和实用性较好的二次设备就地化配置方案,力求为220kV智能变电站就地化设计、实现一二次设备一体化提供有参考价值的经验。
[Abstract]:At present, secondary equipment such as relay protection is mainly arranged in the protection chamber. With the development of intelligent substation, the application of intelligent terminal merging unit has brought some new problems to the secondary specialty. There are too many intermediate transmission and conversion links, and the rapidity of relay protection and the reliability of the system are reduced. Local installation of secondary equipment can greatly reduce the connection cable with merging unit and intelligent terminal, optimize the design of secondary circuit, effectively improve the reliability of relay protection in intelligent substation, and have obvious benefit. It is of great significance for the development of intelligent substation to promote local secondary equipment and study local technology. In this paper, the significance and present situation of local secondary equipment are first explained, and then the details of a 220kV substation studied in this paper are described. Then, the paper introduces two kinds of local protection schemes, no protection and protection, and analyzes in detail the local protection design, which includes wide temperature display, prefabricated optical cable technology, etc. The protection ability of intelligent control cabinet is studied deeply. For intelligent substation, the local secondary design scheme is an innovative and comprehensive change, which promotes the integration of primary and secondary equipment and is also the future development trend of the secondary design of intelligent substation. Finally, taking a 220kV substation in Mendong area as an example, combined with relevant technical specifications, the concrete implementation scheme of the local design of the substation is put forward, and the benefits of the design, installation, commissioning and operation of the scheme are analyzed. The main purpose of this paper is to discuss a set of relatively perfect, optimized, applicable and practical local configuration scheme of secondary equipment, and to make every effort for local design of 220kV intelligent substation. The realization of the first and second equipment integration provides valuable experience.
