变电站标准化作业管理系统研究

【摘要】:变电站标准化管理是国家电网公司关于实现供变电企业标准化所提出的关于变电站管理的一套完整系统。众所周知,变电站担负着向居民、企业变电供电的主要任务,变电站管理水平的高低直接影响着电力企业在广大人民群众中的形象。因此,变电站标准化管理显得十分重要。本文是由国家电网公司支持的软件项目——《供电所标准化作业系统》的其中一个支项目,系统按照用户要求使用C/S架构设计,数据库使用SQL2008R2,目前系统已经成功地应用在陕西省地方电力公司的相关电力企业。本文主要研究了变电站的各种工作流程,分析了流程之间的相互关系,设计并实现了变电站标准化管理的所有软件系统并使用组件技术设计了包含增、删、改、查等自定义组件,为实现软件的快速编程设计寻找到了一种十分有效的方法,为以后任何系统的设计编程奠定了良好的基础。实践证明,使用自定义组件设计的软件,运行稳定可靠,维护方便,能大量节省编程的人力,是快速完成软件编程的最有效的方法之一。本文设计完成的变电站标准化作业管理系统主要包括:变电站操作票管理工作流程、变电站第一种工作票、变电站第二种工作票、现场标准化作业管理系统、电力电缆第一种工作票、电力电缆第二种工作票、电力应急抢修单等。由于系统之间互相依托和关联,因此,系统设计流程控制算法,按用户的实际需要进行操作。经过对本课题的研究实践表明,使用自定义组件的方法可以为标准化管理系统软件的研发提供良好的技术支持并能大量地减少了开发软件的重复性劳动,降低了开发强度,节约了开发成本。已经证明,是一种非常优秀的软件研发方法。
[Abstract]:Substation standardization management is a complete system of substation management, which is put forward by State Power Grid Corporation to realize the standardization of power supply and substation enterprises. It is well known that substations bear the main task of supplying electricity to residents and enterprises, and the level of substation management directly affects the image of electric power enterprises among the masses of the people. Therefore, substation standardization management is very important. This paper is one of the software projects supported by State Grid Corporation-"standardized operating system of Power supply Center". According to the user's requirements, the system is designed using C / S architecture and the database is based on SQL2008R2,. At present, the system has been successfully applied to the local power companies in Shaanxi Province. This paper mainly studies the various work processes of substations, analyzes the relationship between them, designs and implements all software systems of substation standardization management, and designs including addition, deletion and modification by using component technology. Self-defined components, such as check, find a very effective method to realize the rapid programming design of the software, and lay a good foundation for the design and programming of any system in the future. It has been proved in practice that the software designed by custom component is one of the most effective methods to quickly complete software programming, which has the advantages of stable and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and can save a lot of manpower in programming. The standardized operation management system designed in this paper mainly includes: substation operation ticket management workflow, substation operation ticket management flow, substation first work ticket, substation second work ticket, field standardized operation management system. Power cable first type of work ticket, power cable second type of work ticket, power emergency repair order, etc. Because the systems rely on each other and relate to each other, the system designs the flow control algorithm to operate according to the actual needs of the users. Through the research and practice of this subject, it is shown that the method of using custom components can provide good technical support for the research and development of standardized management system software, and can greatly reduce the repetitive work of developing software and reduce the development intensity. The cost of development has been saved. Has proved to be a very good software research and development method.
