抚顺220kV和平变电站改造方案研究

【摘要】:供电可靠性是电力系统运行的一个重要指标,对于220kV变电站来说尤为重要。变电站中设备是否运行可靠直接影响着电网的运行可靠。220kV和平变承担着给抚顺铝厂这样的重要客户供电的任务。其投运于1989年,运行已超过20年,大部分设备陈旧。其中220kV五号主变一次开关、北平二线开关为LW15型气动机构,不适合抚顺地区寒冷的天气。另外一些220kV断路器的分合闸次数已达临界值,且一些断路器为进口设备无法返厂大修。断路器的锈蚀也非常严重,同时瓷柱为非防污、非高强瓷,容易发生污闪或瓷柱断裂事故。这些基础设备存在严重安全隐患,应尽快进行改造更换。项目目标为220kV间隔改造,将和平变220kV开关电气设备及母线全部拆除,在原址新建220kV电气设备,主变位置不变。主接线由原来的双母线带旁路接线改成双母线接线;所有保护自动化装置及66kV、10kV电气一次设备不更换。论文分为六部分论述。第一章介绍和平变的改造背景及变电站设计的现状、发展趋势。第二章从理论层面分析变电站的设计,对主变压器的选择、电气主接线选择、所用电及直流系统、通信及防雷部分做出具体讨论。第三章分析和平变运行现状,得出存在的问题。第四章为和平变改造方案的研究。给出了改造后的平面布置图。第五章为改造前后运行对比,改造后的供电可靠性较之前有很大的提高。最后对本次工程改造所取得的成果及管理创新给出了分析。
[Abstract]:Power supply reliability is an important index of power system operation, especially for 220kV substations. The reliability of the equipment in the substation directly affects the reliability of the power grid. 220 kV peace transformer undertakes the task of supplying power to the important customers such as Fushun Aluminum Plant. It was put into operation in 1989, has been in operation for more than 20 years, most of the equipment obsolete. One switch of 220 kV No. 5 main transformer is LW15 pneumatic mechanism, which is not suitable for cold weather in Fushun area. The switching times of some 220kV circuit breakers have reached the critical value, and some circuit breakers are unable to be overhauled for imported equipment. The corrosion of circuit breaker is also very serious. At the same time, the porcelain pole is not anti-fouling, non-high strength porcelain, easy to occur pollution flashover or porcelain pole fracture accident. These foundation equipments have serious safety hidden trouble, should be reformed and replaced as soon as possible. The aim of the project is to retrofit the 220kV interval, remove all the electrical equipment and busbar of the 220kV switchgear and bus, and build the new 220kV electrical equipment at the original site without changing the position of the main transformer. The main connection is changed from the original double bus by-pass connection to the double bus connection; all protection automation devices and 66kV, 10kV primary electrical equipment are not replaced. The thesis is divided into six parts. The first chapter introduces the background of the transformation and the current situation and development trend of substation design. In chapter 2, the design of substation is analyzed theoretically, and the selection of main transformer, electric main connection, electric power and DC system, communication and lightning protection are discussed in detail. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of peace change operation, and obtains the existing problems. The fourth chapter is the study of peaceful transformation scheme. The plane layout diagram after modification is given. The fifth chapter compares the operation before and after the retrofit, and the reliability of the power supply after the transformation has been greatly improved. Finally, the achievements and management innovation of this project transformation are analyzed.
