计及损耗及电压水平的分布式光—储系统容量配置及经济性研究

【摘要】:分布式光伏是“十三五”期间我国光伏行业发展的重点,加快推进分布式光伏的应用有利于缓解能源危机与环境恶化。随着大规模分布式光伏接入配电网,其波动性与随机性势必会使电能质量问题更为突出,对电网的潮流、电压、损耗等方面产生不利影响。利用储能系统可实现能量的时空平移,将其与光伏结合可使光伏系统由不可控转化为可控电源,从而减小其对配网运行的负面影响。在光伏、储能成本相对昂贵的市场环景下,如何优化含储能光伏系统的容量配置,评价含储能分布式系统经济性是一项重要研究课题。本文首先分析分布式光伏接入配电网对网络损耗及系统电压的影响;建立考虑功率损耗及电压水平的分布式光伏-储能系统出力优化模型,并基于遗传算法对模型求解,在配电网不同负荷水平下对分布式光-储系统出力进行优化;在此基础上,在满足最低充放电约束下,考虑成本经济性对含储能分布式光伏系统容量进行配置,并分析不同光伏单位投资成本、储能电池造价对分布式光-储系统容量配置的影响。最后,构建系统净收益模型及经济性评价指标,对含储能分布式光伏系统经济性进行评估。通过算例分析表明,本文提出的计及损耗及电压水平的分布式光伏-储能系统容量配置方法使配网网损降为最低并提高电压水平的同时,实现了分布式光-储系统成本最小化的目的,且该系统具有明显经济效益。本文研究可为含储能分布式光伏系统容量配置提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Distributed photovoltaic is the key to the development of China's photovoltaic industry during the "XIII.", and it is beneficial to accelerate the application of distributed photovoltaic and to alleviate the energy crisis and environmental deterioration. With the large-scale distributed photovoltaic access distribution network, its volatility and randomness will make the electric energy quality problem more prominent, and have a negative effect on the power flow, voltage and loss of the power grid. By utilizing the energy storage system, the space-time translation of energy can be realized, and the photovoltaic system can be converted into a controllable power by using the energy storage system, so that the negative effect on the operation of the distribution network is reduced. How to optimize the capacity configuration of the energy storage photovoltaic system under the relatively expensive market environment of the photovoltaic and energy storage cost is an important research subject. In this paper, the effect of distributed photovoltaic access distribution network on network loss and system voltage is analyzed firstly, and a distributed photovoltaic-energy storage system output optimization model considering power loss and voltage level is established, and the model is solved based on the genetic algorithm. in that invention, the output of the distributed optical-storage system is optimize under the different load level of the distribution network, The effect of the cost of the energy storage battery on the capacity configuration of the distributed optical-storage system. Finally, the net profit model and economic evaluation index of the system are constructed, and the economy of the energy-storage distributed photovoltaic system is evaluated. The results show that the distributed photovoltaic-energy storage system capacity configuration method taking account of the loss and the voltage level in this paper is to minimize the loss of the distribution network and improve the voltage level, and realize the purpose of minimizing the cost of the distributed light-storage system. And the system has obvious economic benefit. The research of this paper can provide a reference for the capacity configuration of the distributed photovoltaic system with energy storage.
