不等厚Halbach阵列的永磁电机建模与优化

【摘要】:永磁无刷电机具有结构简单、高效率、高功率密度等优点,广泛应用于各个领域。永磁形状是永磁电机磁场分布的关键因素之一。研究永磁无刷电机的磁极结构和电磁特性具有理论意义和工程价值。首先给出了从2段、3段到N段的Halbach阵列永磁电机的解析模型,获得了气隙磁密的波形。有限元法验证了解析模型的正确性。然后对于无槽永磁电机,分析了等厚和不等厚磁极组合结构,通过分区域求解拉普拉斯和准泊松方程,根据磁场边界条件,建立了等厚和不等厚永磁电机的气隙磁密、感应电动势、电磁转矩的解析法模型,分析了边磁磁化角以及极对数对气隙磁密的影响,并用解析法获得了最优边磁磁化角和最优永磁厚度。接着,在无槽电机的基础上,利用保角变换的方法,求解了无槽电机到定子有矩形槽的相对磁导函数,建立了等厚和不等厚有槽永磁电机的解析模型。并用解析法获得了最优边磁磁化角。有限元法验证了无槽电机和有槽电机解析模型的正确性。最后给出了不等厚不对称磁极组合结构的永磁电机,分析了极对数变化对气隙磁密和永磁利用率的影响。分析结果表明,不等厚不对称磁极组合结构不仅能够节约材料,还可以提高电机性能。为永磁电机的优化设计提供了理论参考。
[Abstract]:Permanent magnet brushless motor is widely used in various fields because of its simple structure, high efficiency and high power density. Permanent magnet shape is one of the key factors in magnetic field distribution of permanent magnet motor. It is of theoretical significance and engineering value to study the magnetic pole structure and electromagnetic characteristics of permanent magnet brushless motor. Firstly, the analytical model of Halbach array permanent magnet motor from 2, 3 to N segments is given, and the air gap magnetic density waveform is obtained. The finite element method is used to verify the correctness of the analytical model. Then for slotless permanent magnet motor, the composite structure of equal-thickness and unequal-thickness magnetic poles is analyzed. The Laplace and quasi-Poisson equations are solved in different regions. According to the boundary conditions of magnetic field, the air-gap magnetic density of equal-thickness and unequal-thickness permanent magnet motors is established. The influence of edge magnetization angle and pole logarithm on air gap magnetic density is analyzed, and the optimal edge magnetization angle and optimal permanent magnet thickness are obtained by analytical model of induction electromotive force and electromagnetic torque. Then, on the basis of slotless motor, using conformal transformation method, the relative magnetic conductivity function from slotless motor to stator with rectangular slot is solved, and the analytical model of equal thickness and unequal thickness slotted permanent magnet motor is established. The optimal edge magnetization angle is obtained by analytical method. The analytical models of slotless motor and slotted motor are verified by finite element method. Finally, the influence of pole logarithm change on air gap flux density and permanent magnet utilization efficiency is analyzed for a permanent magnet motor with unequal thickness asymmetrical magnetic pole combination structure. The results show that the composite structure can not only save the material but also improve the performance of the motor. It provides a theoretical reference for the optimization design of permanent magnet motor.
